Used 2015 Toyota Prius c

I'm a couple of weeks into my (new to me) 2015 Toyota Prius C. The Carvana buying experience was excellent. The customer service reps all worked with me to get the car I wanted. Delivery was straightforward. I am recommending this car buying experience to everyone I know that is interested in purchasing a new vehicle.

I just took deluivery of my Prius C 2 days ago. I had originally orderd a 2015 Nissan Leaf form Carvana. When i discovered an error in the cars information listing(it said the car had a quick charge port, but it did not), i reconsidered my choice. I should say here that i actually did not discover the error, i asked a customer service person to verify that the car did have the port, and he checked and discovered that it did not. So after discussing it with the wife, we decided that a hybrid might be a better option anyway, so we went with a Prius C. The entire process was pretty much painless, and all people involved were very polite and genuinely tried to be helpful. It is my understanding that Carvana just recently started doing business in the Pittsburgh area, and i was one of their first customers. There were a few glitches that came up, that i would think will be addressed in the future. Firstly, The car came to me without PA state inspection. CArvana does not have an inspection license, so they cannot inspect cars. IN PA, a non dealer cannot get a PA inspection, only the registered owner can. When buying a used car form a local dealer, they always have a new sticker on it. That is something that i will have to deal with (and pay for) with my Carvana purchase. Andrew, the young man who delivered my car, brought me a $25 gift card to compensate for the expense. I let him know that it would cost me more than that to get the car inspected, so he promised to send me another $25 gift card. Other than that, the process was smooth and painless. I love the car, it is very clean and exactly as described. The deal i got was fair. I would do business with them again(as long as i get the second gift card, we will see)

Coming from a city where having a car was not a necessity & only rented when needed to a state that having a car is a must, I loved the hassle free experience of purchasing my 1st car through Carvana. The process was easy and I look forward to future purchases w/ Carvana. My family loves my car & experience so they will be future customers as well! Great customer service & the 7dy test drive is EVERYTHING!

Everyone professional at Carvana is kind, helpful and you can "hear their smile" when they speak. The purchase prcess was easy-peasy and the automobile that we received is beautiful, and priced very competitively. The whole "buy-it-site-unseen" concept really freaked out a lot of our friends, and is so new and different that it can be unsettling. But after buying through Carvana once, when we go to replace my husbands truck - we will be buying through you again !

I was nervous to purchase a car online, because 1. I do not know anyone who has done it, 2. you purchase it sight unseen, 3. who knows if ya'll are telling the truth. Well I've got to say that all of my fears went away when I set my sights on a 2014 Prius C Three - in bright orange. I knew I loved Habanero before I met him. I was willing to take a chance on the experience because of the perceived convenience and the fact that I found my perfect car on your website. Well ya'll blew me away. Navigating the purchase process was fairly simple, and phone lines to customer service reps was always an option. No wait times. Ever. The phone was always picked up by a real person. I knew I couldn't get all of the cash I needed transferred to a bank account in my name overnight, so Steve and Carly were able to secure me an additional 72 hours to figure everything out. THEN when my license was checked, I received notification that my license was suspended. Active suspension began at 5:09 pm on 3/31 - Carvana told me by 5:21 pm. I won't get into details why it was suspended (cough, ex-boyfriend, cough) BUT this would never have been brought to my attention in different circumstances. Steve worked with me to extend my hold on the car even longer - securing me the same delivery date, which was essential because I was selling my car back the following day to VW - diesel scandal grr :(. Then came delivery day. I got a ring from T.J. on his way over, citing the exact time he would be at my house. Let me just say he was SUPER. Knowledgeably, kind, patient, and genuinely enthusiastic to be at his job (who wouldn't be, he's like Santa Claus delivering car presents). The car's profile was accurate (thus far) and I find that Carvana was very honest and easy to work with in general. I would 100% recommend this service again.

This is the easiest and most economical way to purchase a car. If I buy another car, I will buy from Carvana. The communication and transactions with the Carvana staff were easy and they were most helpful with questions. Additionally, they held the car for me while I waited for the funds to become available from my insurance company. The car is exactly what was advertised. I am very pleased with my purchase from start to finish.

I just bought a 2013 Prius c through Carvana! It was a fantastic deal financially and the purchase process went much quicker and smoother than when I purchased my last vehicle at a local dealership. My friend came with me when the car was delivered and we were both blown away by the condition of the vehicle and our customer service. Chris was incredibly professional and personable, answering all of our questions directly. I will definitely be looking to Carvana first when it is time for my family to purchase our next vehicle!

I recently about bought my car through carvana process was super easy all the paperwork was done within 15 minutes that add small extra steps like good customer service and a gift bag when you receive your vehicle overall great experience skipping the dealerships The only thing is if you need the car right away plan ahead because it take 7 days to be delivered but they deliver straight to your door and u have seven days to test drive and return if you don't like the car and I would prefer some more options on in 15k price bracket range for truck/car for a second vehicle I will definitely use carvana again the most fun I ever had buying a car

After over a week of struggling with dealerships, I was stressed and exhausted with car buying. Carvana had a car for me after a half hour where other dealers couldn't manage after that entire week. Thank you, Carvana. You're amazing. And the car is perfect. And your customer service just plain rocks. It really is as easy and awesome as it looks, folks. I've had a harder time ordering from a pizza place online than I had here.

Best car buying experience!! I used to go to CarMax but this was way better. No haggling. Friendly and knowledgeable customer service!! Great vehicle.
