Used Toyota Camry XSE

I like the online buying experience and loved the fact that I didn't have to go to a dealership at all. The customer service was great and the guy that brought me the car was very nice and helpful and the transaction was really quick. The car was also in great condition and they had just replaced the rims because there was some chipping on the original rims. With that being said, there were a couple drawbacks as well. Due to the issue with the rims, my initial delivery was delayed twice for a little over two weeks. It was a little frustrating as I didn't really understand why that issue wasn't noticed earlier. Another small issue I had was that online the car was shown as an XLE but when it arrived it was only an SE. That could have been a deal breaker, but I liked the car and although I would have preferred at least the XSE, I didn't want to keep looking for a car. Lastly, and somewhat related to the above issue is that the view of the car is great, but there isn't a lot of information on car features such as rear view camera, heated seats, etc. that is reliable so you are kind of surprised when the car shows up and it doesn't have some of the features you were hoping for. For an online dealer I think this is very important. In the end, I was happy with the car I got and would definitely try it again, albeit with a little more caution this time.

I did some research on buying another car for a few months. I knew about Carvana but didn't know how I felt about essentially buying a car online. I talked to some local dealerships and after their song and dance, I was tired of the same game with the same overly dishonest sales staff you run into at local dealers. The same, heres a 16,000 car but lets tack on 3000 in random fee's and things you don't need just to rip you off. I decided enough was enough and took a chance with Carvana. I decided to spend a few days researching the company and the pro's very much outweighed the cons of buying online. I submitted my info and decided to pick out a car. I did 2 phone calls with Carvana that lasted about 10 minutes. I submitted some bank information, had it verified for payment of the car then got a call back to finalize the time I was picking up the car. Super simple 20 minutes of actual interaction with someone but no pushy sales tactics, just 1 good person helping another good person. I got to the Carvana Curbside pick up location and they made it a fun experience. The people there were very nice and I got there a little early for my appointment and since they weren't busy at the time, they were able to get me in right away and inspect the car and do the test drive. I came back from the test ride and signed a few papers and shook hands and away I went. The staff was beyond helpful and friendly and went out of their way to make us feel welcome. I wasn't at some large dealership so I didn't have pressure walking around looking at cars trying to get lured into buying something I didn't want. I bought the exact car I seen online and it was as described. There were a few small blemishes on the car that weren't listed but I got such a great deal it wasn't worth mentioning because I saved a few grand off the car price especially since there are no dealer fee's. A 5 dollar bottle of touch up paint for a tiny 1/4 inch blemish and voila like new again. No harm no foul :) I did end up returning the first car, a Honda Accord Coupe solely because it wasn't great as a car I can put my small son into and it was just beyond uncomfortable as far as the seats go. I took it back which was very very seemless to do and bought a newer fully loaded Camry XSE. Awesome car with factory warranty. If you ever wonder what its like to buy a car online, well its definitely different yet very fun and no real stress. Buy a car in your jammies at home having coffee or at starbucks on your laptop having hot chocolate, or like I did, I bought my car on my phone while on my lunch break at work, my lunch break is 30 minutes, I did the entire process on my lunch with time. If you are wondering how much total time it takes from start to finish after you pick out a car, if you have normal documents in order such as bank info, "pay stubs if required" your drivers license, and a scanner to scan documents, I'd say 30 minutes to 1 hour total including your phone call. Go to any dealership in any town and you will spend a half a day. Buy a car from them, you will look at car buying at a whole new way and you won't ever buy from a traditional dealer again. Purchased a 2014 Camry SE for my kid's 16th birthday. I am one who has always loathed the car buying experience, in particular the amount of time shopping around at dealerships and having a trail of sales guys hounding me. When it came time to look for a car a friend of mine told me about Carvana.com and I decided to take a look (although he failed to tell me he had a $500 off code!) . I was immediately impressed by the website. Whereas dealership websites offer a few pictures and are hard to navigate, Carvana's website really stood out. I found the vehicle I wanted pretty quickly and the interest rate offered by Carvana was outstanding (I have a pretty high credit score) - so I did not have to shop around for that. Crossing the t's and dotting the i's at a dealership can last for hours, but completing the transaction on Carvana was a snap. Car was delivered right at the designated drop-off time and the representative was excellent. The car itself was in great condition, and we have been driving it for several weeks now. I would definitely recommend this to others!

I have already recommended Carvana to several people. I looked at several vehicles but finally just entered the criteria of the vehicle I was looking to purchase and got a notice when it showed up. This is my kind of car shopping!

I was very impressed with the overall car buying experience with Carvana. The process was simple, the car was exactly as described and the delivery was on time. I was a little concerned about buying a car on line, but couldn't have been happier with the process. Prior to making the decision to buy through Carvana, I spent 4 hours at a dealership without agreeing on a price. With Carvana, the process took less than 30 minutes and the car was delivered to my house!

I'm in outside sales, and drive about 300 miles a day for it on average. Couple with this, I have a 10 year old, 8 year old, and a 4 year old. All are active in spots, school functions, and all of the other things kids do today. Needless to say, I'm incredibly busy. When it was obvious my 2010 car (370k mile) was going to cost me a large amount to get past state inspection. Not to mention my engine was going to blow at any moment. A friend of mine told me about this site. I reached out to my bank, got approved for what I needed. Went on carvana.com, narrowed down to what I wanted and submitted my order. Could have gotten the car within 48 hours. But selected the day that worked for me, and time frame. The lady shows up, I sign a few sheets of paper. I'm driving the sucker within 10 minutes of it showing up. Absolutely fantastic experience, for a busy person, and can't commit to a 5 hour ordea on a Sunday. I dont see myself ever buying any other way in the future. Just an FYI I NEVER leave reviews on any site. I never have, and may never again. This was just too painless of an experience not to share. Easiest, most hassle free way to buy a car! I received my pristine clean, full of gas car from Carvana for the lowest price around. I researched for months and this is the best deal with none of the harassment like you get from dealerships working for commission. Loved it!
