Used Toyota Camry SE

Purchased a 2014 Camry SE for my kid's 16th birthday. I am one who has always loathed the car buying experience, in particular the amount of time shopping around at dealerships and having a trail of sales guys hounding me. When it came time to look for a car a friend of mine told me about Carvana.com and I decided to take a look (although he failed to tell me he had a $500 off code!) . I was immediately impressed by the website. Whereas dealership websites offer a few pictures and are hard to navigate, Carvana's website really stood out. I found the vehicle I wanted pretty quickly and the interest rate offered by Carvana was outstanding (I have a pretty high credit score) - so I did not have to shop around for that. Crossing the t's and dotting the i's at a dealership can last for hours, but completing the transaction on Carvana was a snap. Car was delivered right at the designated drop-off time and the representative was excellent. The car itself was in great condition, and we have been driving it for several weeks now. I would definitely recommend this to others!

I like the online buying experience and loved the fact that I didn't have to go to a dealership at all. The customer service was great and the guy that brought me the car was very nice and helpful and the transaction was really quick. The car was also in great condition and they had just replaced the rims because there was some chipping on the original rims. With that being said, there were a couple drawbacks as well. Due to the issue with the rims, my initial delivery was delayed twice for a little over two weeks. It was a little frustrating as I didn't really understand why that issue wasn't noticed earlier. Another small issue I had was that online the car was shown as an XLE but when it arrived it was only an SE. That could have been a deal breaker, but I liked the car and although I would have preferred at least the XSE, I didn't want to keep looking for a car. Lastly, and somewhat related to the above issue is that the view of the car is great, but there isn't a lot of information on car features such as rear view camera, heated seats, etc. that is reliable so you are kind of surprised when the car shows up and it doesn't have some of the features you were hoping for. For an online dealer I think this is very important. In the end, I was happy with the car I got and would definitely try it again, albeit with a little more caution this time.

I had a very unique experience buying my car from Carvana. I am a very critical buyer and knew exactly what I was looking for in a new car. Carvana made the shopping experience painless and only took less than 10 minutes after selecting my vehicle to the actual purchase. I will never purchase a vehicle the traditional fashion again because physical car dealerships are a pain and I hate the games played. Carvana has actually refreshing despite a few minor flaws that was taken care with upmost concern, speed, and the best customer experience ever. A "fabulous" job goes out to the Kristen Collins | Market Operations Manager here in Houston. Ms. Collins personally took responsibility in seeing that I was happy with my purchase. She went above and beyond the call of duty and I cannot thank her enough. What was refreshing about my experience with Carvana that they really care about their customers and that they put their customers first and that is very important to me. I can definitely recommend Carvana to others and I am doing my utmost part to get the word out here in the Houston's area for others to purchase their next vehicle from Carvana. Carvana, continue doing an excellent job in providing quality cars, transparency, and along with superb customer service and your business will continue to grow expeditiously. I purchased a 2014 Toyota Camry SE picked it up on 5/04/18 great experience so far staff was very helpful with the purchase. Overall the Camry exceeded my expectations the paint was in good condition all four tires matched and had alot of tread left, the interior was in perfect condition. The only thing I didnt like there was no oil change sticker to let me know when the next oil change was due also the brake fluid level was very low not even close to the full level. Therefore I am happy just hope my tags that's suppose to come in the mail arrive on time before my temporary tag expire!

When I call carvana first time it was awesome service experience is excellent me personally I will never buy a car from any where else by carvana I have switch 3 different car no one was upset all customer service was more than glad to help and assistance the deliver car on time clean full tank gas also the send gift for my wife because we was expecting a new baby 2 weeks later that meant a lot to us thank you carvana and the great team we love you and thank you for great work and we love 2014 Camry SE nice and clean I have told a bout 10 people a bout 7 star service again thank you to all of you

I recently purchased a 2014 Toyota Camry SE and I can not believe the price! According to Kelly Blue Book, I could sell my car tomorrow and make almost $1000. I'm absolutely in love with my car and the process was unbelievably streamlined. I'm a Carvana believer!!

I don't even know where to begin... I cannot say enough good things about Carvana! This is going to be a very honest review about my experience. We'll start by saying I have awful credit. About a year ago my transmission on my 2010 Nissan Rouge broke and it was more to fix it than the car was worth, and I was already upside down on it to begin with. I called the bank and told them I am not paying for the car anymore and to come and take it away. I honestly didn't think getting financed again down the road would be as difficult as it was, but now I had a repossession on my record. I knew I wanted a Toyota Camry (preferable red with a sunroof, but given my situation I couldn't be picky.) I went to CarMax... they wanted $6,000 down (which is ridiculous. Who can afford that?) and a 27% interest rate....I went to two major dealerships... denied. I went to a Used Car Lot, which I refer to as Chicken Coops.... denied. I was emotionally defeated and about to give up. And then I found Carvana. I created an account...approved in seconds. I honestly didn't believe it because I've been shot down so many times, so I called the 800 # and the "Customer Advocate" was extremely friendly and bubbly to announce my pre-approval. I was ecstatic. Not only was I approved for one car... I was approved for anything on their website. Amazing! I knew my interest would be high, but it wasn't nearly as high as CarMax. After shopping for a couple days I found my dream car: a 2013 Toyota Camry SE RED, WITH A SUN ROOF, 25k original miles for $15k. Carvana wanted $2, 500 down as a down payment, which is completely acceptable. It looked amazing online, but so does anything you buy online... I ordered the car, picked it up yesterday at the Vending Machine in Atlanta (because I wanted the full experience) and the car is even better than I had imagined. I was in and out in 10 minutes. This has been an amazing experience and I will recommended Carvana to anyone and their dog! I am writing this review so people who may have found a stumbling block in their life like I did, Carvana looks past that and helps you out. No pressure, no gimmicks, all with a 100 day bumped-to-bumper warranty on the car. I even got a goody bag, a $25 VISA gift card and a full tank of gas! Talk about customer service! Thank you to everyone at Carvana who made this car buy experience incredible!!!
