Used 2012 Toyota Camry

I just bought a car from Caravan's website and I have never been more pleased with a car buying experience. I have bought PLENTY cars in the last few years for different reasons and the process is always stressful, nerve-wrecking, and LONG. The last car I bought for my mom last month (before I heard of Carvana), we had to go back to the dealer 3x before we closed the deal! Financing was a hassle and the I was just unsure of everything the entire time. I never felt 100% comfortable with my purchase. With Caravans, of course there was a little skepticism because this is a brand new process for most users but I had the opportunity to speak with a Caravan rep on the phone before closing the deal. I have never had a smoother, complication-free car buying experience. Oh! And my car is AWESOME!!!! I have received so many compliments and NOBODY even believes the deal I got! A 2012 Camry with 50k miles and I financed for about 10k! Who does that?!?!? Caravan- that's who lol. If I sound like a commercial, then you should know that this website is awesome really. The delivery process was awesome too, friendly and fast. Test drive and then drive away. Goodie bag and gift card! Awesome service Caravana! I would definitely recommend.

I will NEVER purchase from anyone else! The process was so simple and EVERYTHING was done online! The 2012 Camry was exactly as described and we LOVE IT! We feel we received a great deal and relatively low rate considering we didn't have perfect credit. Thanks Carvana!

I bought a 2012 Camry through Carvana last week, and it was a great experience. I stumbled on their website while searching for dealers, and was intrigued by the concept. Then I gave their website a spin, and was greatly impressed with its ease of use and attention to detail. I quickly found a car that was beyond my minimum specs for a reasonable price and within a few minutes it was ordered. Delivery was scheduled for 4 p.m. on Friday, but they called to ask if they could deliver it earlier in the day, so by lunchtime I had the car, all papers signed, with a week's grace to have it checked out. Since Atlanta has seen an influx of flood-damaged vehicles I had it thoroughly checked out by my mechanic, and it passed with flying colors. I highly recommend Carvana to anyone who wants to buy a used car without the hassle and runaround of dealerships.

I bought a 2012 Toyota Camry from Carvana and they helped me with any issues I had before I finalized the purchase. They showed an excellent overall expectations of customer service that were over and beyond. The Carvana rep who delivered the car Braelyn was a really caring individual and showed this example of customer service and I would refer to any individual customer that would like to purchase without the whole salesman experience. Carvana are a great car purchasing experience.

I bought my 2012 Camry last week after having my 2013 Corolla totaled the week before. After having bought quite a number of cars over my lifetime, I have to say that truly was a very easy, pleasant experience. The only thing that disappointed me was that after I purchased the car, I got coupons to pass out to friends, where they would get $500 off their next car. I'm disappointed I didn't know anyone who would give me that $500 coupon...LOL. But, truly, it was really easy, and I got a great car. And, I didn't have to deal with car sales people!

This was my first time buying a car online and you'll made the process extremely simple. I really enjoyed playing with your loan calculators and payment estimation tools. I do have a few recommendations for your website/future app. In addition to identifying vehicle scratches, I think it would be great if you had a discrepancies section (possibly placed near the vehicle options tabs) that list anything that may be wrong with the vehicle; such as, vehicle overhead lights are broke, FOG lights broken, DRL's broken, etc. This section informs customers of the minor discrepancies that were discovered during your vehicle inspection. I mention this because my 2012 Camry that I purchased from you has the following discrepancies: sometimes the sunroof doesn't close, the plastic plate underneath the gear selection box is loose, and the batteries to both of the keyless ignition key FOBS are almost dead. There is also paint residue underneath both wiper blades. These issues are not deal breakers but it would have been nice to have these discrepancies listed "somewhere" on your page. Thanks again. Purchased a 2014 Camry SE for my kid's 16th birthday. I am one who has always loathed the car buying experience, in particular the amount of time shopping around at dealerships and having a trail of sales guys hounding me. When it came time to look for a car a friend of mine told me about Carvana.com and I decided to take a look (although he failed to tell me he had a $500 off code!) . I was immediately impressed by the website. Whereas dealership websites offer a few pictures and are hard to navigate, Carvana's website really stood out. I found the vehicle I wanted pretty quickly and the interest rate offered by Carvana was outstanding (I have a pretty high credit score) - so I did not have to shop around for that. Crossing the t's and dotting the i's at a dealership can last for hours, but completing the transaction on Carvana was a snap. Car was delivered right at the designated drop-off time and the representative was excellent. The car itself was in great condition, and we have been driving it for several weeks now. I would definitely recommend this to others!
