Used 2015 Subaru Forester

I purchased my 2015 Subaru Forester less than 9 days ago and it was the best thing I ever did! It has exceeded all my expectations for quality and safety. Thank's to Carvana for making my car buying an easy, positive and friendly experience.

When I began looking at vehicles on Carvana's website I wasn't really even seriously considering trading cars. Then their selection caught my eye, particularly the way they described and showed the features (and flaws) of each car. Then I began investigating their pricing, and lo and behold, it was below KBB values for the car I was interested in. Next I went through their trade evaluation process, and again was pleasantly surprised at the allowance they would give me for the trade in of my current vehicle. The next thing you know, a 2015 Subaru Forester was sitting in my driveway where my old car had been.They even take care of the tag application so I don't have to go and wait in line at the tag office. I don't think I will buy a car in any other way going forward. I detest going to dealerships- Carvana has definitely ruined me from ever going to one again.

You can sit in the comfort of your own home, choose from a selection of great cars, talk to wonderful customer service people AND get the car delivered to your home. What could be easier?

The first car we bought had already been sold, and when we bought another one they were unable to make the delivery date and had to reschedule repeatedly. They worked hard to make it right and we got a great car at an excellent price, but the process of getting there was definitely frustrating.

This past Saturday, in between loads of laundry and house chores, Josh showed up with our car we had selected online. It was just as described, actually better. We looked it over, singed some papers, and Josh explained their risk free 7 day return policy. And just like that he left and we went on with our day. When we need to replace our other car, we will go through Carvana again. I hope to never have to walk into a dealership again!

I always dread buying a car through a dealership because of the "games" they play to sell you their car. I equate the negativity of the experience with having a root canal. It was time to buy another vehicle and I made one attempt at a dealership. The experience was not good with lots of game playing and even a bait and switch attempt. I went home and looked on my credit union website. They linked me to Carvana. I found the exact car I wanted and the car buying experience was beyond my expectations. There was no game playing. Everyone I dealt with to make the purchase was extremely professional, efficient and friendly. This is the only way I will shop for a vehicle in the future. I wanted to post a quick review of Carvana. Last week we ordered a 15 Subaru Forester. It was supposed to arrive on Thursaday but got delayed untill Sunday because of the weather. Carvana apologized and offered a rental car on their dime. Sunday the delivery girl in Memphis called and said she would arrive around 10. When she arrived she unloaded the car and let me look over it and drive it. The car was clean, but not "detailed" (not a huge deal). When I gave the ok we signed paperwork and she was on her way. The car looked great but did have a small coffee stain on a rear seat. Carvana is giving me a hundred bucks to get it detailed and the stain out. Our mechanic gave it a thumbs up other than the battery and wiper blades. Carvana is paying for both to be replaced. We are on day 7 and will are really happy with the car. This was hands down the best car buying experience I have had.

The entire process was streamlined and easy to do! I didn't have to haggle or settle for anything less. I got the best trade in value on my car and was taken care of the entire process. Kristine in Jacksonville was helpful and kind. I was happy to have a real person there for the final part of the process. I didn't feel like she was looking to take more money or cheat me, it was relaxed and enjoyable. What a change- I can enjoy buying a new car!
