Used 2015 Porsche

I purchased a 2015 Porsche Cayman from Carvana last week. This was my first online vehicle and honestly I can't believe I bought a high performance car like this this sight unseen. Buying a Porsche without driving it is full of risks but with the seven day return policy it was an acceptable option. When the car arrived on schedule, it was nicer than the online pictures showed. It included the floor mats that were not in the picture and included all expected manuals and accessories except the cargo net which Carvana said they would reimburse me for. But with a Porsche, the cosmetic appearance is only part of the checkout, the mechanicals are more important. I scheduled a PPI with the local Porsche dealer the following day. The results showed that the car was mechanically sound and that it had been well taken care of by previous owners. There were two minor issues when I received it, the tire pressures were way overfilled and the oil was 2.5 quarts overfilled (a potential issue since the excess oil could cause an issue with the air/oil seperater). But the Porsche dealer corrected the oil issue, for a charge of course. Overall I am very happy with the purchase and Carvana is actively addressing the few minor issues I mentioned. I would definately recommend Carvana to a friend and would use them again.

I bought a Porsche Boxster from Carvana and it was a great experience. The associates or customer advocates were friendly, helpful and customer service oriented. The online paperwork process was super efficient. I chose to pick the vehicle up from Carvana's facility as the home delivery would've taken a few extra days. The following day I took the car to the local Porsche dealer to have the car inspected and make sure that it was mechanically sound. The car checked out with flying colors except for the tires; the technician noted that the two rear tires had chunks of rubber missing from them and the tires needed to be replaced. I then took the car to my local tire dealer who theorized that the tires had been damaged as a result of the brakes having been locked up. The bottom line was that the tires had to be replaced. I emailed Carvana (with copies of the inspection report) to let them know that I was disappointed that their team had overlooked the damaged tires and that dampened my enthusiasm for what had otherwise been a very pleasant experience. I didn't really expect a response from Carvana, but to my surprise and happiness, they apologized that their team either overlooked the tire damage or that the tires may have been damaged at some point transporting the vehicle and that they would reimburse me for the cost of replacing those two tires. I am not sure how many other dealers would've stood behind their vehicle like Carvana did and I whole-heartedly recommend Carvana to anyone seeking a quality pre-owned vehicle!

I purchased a 2014 Cayman from Carvana and the whole experience was very smooth. The customer service was a great experience. The representatives I talked to were very professional and helpful. All my inquiries were responded to in a timely manner. The delivery driver was right on time. I hope this business model becomes the new standard for purchasing a vehicle because it beats the dealership experience by a lot.

I bought this car last week and since then I've been really happy with the car. Not only is the car amazing the ease of getting it was phenomenal and the customer service support was amazing. The only problem I had was that the key wasn't working as far as unlocking/locking the door but otherwise I'm impressed with this company and give it a 4/5. Thank You Butch

Every thing went smooth and they did exactly what they told you. They were very easy to work with. I purchased my first Porsche from them and I had it inspected by a Porsche shop within my 7 day trial period. The shop found a leaky shock and a few minor items on a 9 year old car. They are taking care of the shock thru their warranty program. i currently working to get that fixed. I would buy from them again. I found their price to be reasonable also. thank you Carvana
