The whole process was easy and stress free, you pick a car they deliver it to wherever and whenever you want to meet. Seven days to test drive it, it was exactly like what was advertised. I originally bought a Hyundai Elantra with Carvana, which was delivered on time. However, the first trip produced a battery indicator light, which turned out to be a big problem. The alternator was bad, and after it was replaced it was discovered there was a computer issue. I returned the vehicle, and swapped for another car through Carvana, a 2016 Nissan Versa SV. Carvana did pay for me to use a rental vehicle until the swap was complete, for this was my only family vehicle. The Nissan Versa is a good car, has amazing gas mileage. My dissatisfaction with this car was there was 4 inches of water in the spare tire reserve in the trunk of the car, and the cabin filter was damp, this due to what I believe was a poor job of preparing and washing the car for sale to me. I had to dry out the trunk reserve and air out the filter, and for the first few days there was a mildew smell. If I wasn't so in need of a car, I might have had this one returned as well and gotten my money back and gone another route.
