AMAZING EXPERIENCE! If you're reading this before buying a car from Carvana, just know I was a complete skeptic before the Carvana experience. If you're like me, you might even think these reviews are fabricated by the company. Let me be the first to tell you that I was so wrong! Every morning, Carvana's commercial would play while watching the morning news. You know, the one with the guy in his kimono while buying a car from home "that didn't suck!" While I was in the market for a car, dealers kept on tacking more and more prices to the starting price of the vehicles I was interested in. I had spent the last year and half improving my credit drastically that I had damaged when I was 18. (I'm 30 now). I was at a 640, and dealers were asking for 14-17% APR. I decided to give this a shot. The inventory seemed never ending. The hardest part about this whole experience was deciding which car to get because of the plethora of choices. I knew I wanted a hatchback, and then, I finally found it. It was a 2015 Nissan Versa Note, with only 7000 miles at a price that was completely affordable. Before even deciding to purchase the car, Carvana will do a soft credit check that does not affect your credit score to give you an idea of your financing terms, and what your monthly payments will be, which was super helpful in deciding which car to get. Carvana only asked of me a $500 down payment. Once I went through with the purchase, the process was so simple. Fill out your information, and once you decide to purchase the vehicle, and follow through with the process, everything is so simple and quick. Like I said, the most lengthy part was deciding on which car to get. I was done in less than 10 minutes after I chose the car to purchase. Once everything is done, an advocate will verify all your information, and call you within a couple of hours to confirm the purchase. I manage customer service projects for a call center, and I would have hired this lady in a second. AMAZING CUSTOMER SERVICE! She told me the car will be delivered this past Monday, 01/30 at 1PM. On the day of delivery, the driver called me around 12PM asking if it was OK to arrive 15 min early, not later, but EARLY. I was expecting cable guy service, but I received the opposite. I believe the driver's name is Vivek, and he was extremely nice and polite over the phone. He arrived at 12:45 sharp! In person, his customer service was superior. The driver is a Carvana driver, not a third party. Again, extremely friendly, extremely knowledgeable, and there was NO PRESSURE whatsoever. He explained thoroughly every part of the final process of the car purchase. I had the opportunity to test drive the vehicle, and I knew immediately this was the one. If i didn't like it, I could have sent it right back with Vivek. By the way, the car was immaculate, detailed, and extremely clean. It looked brand new! He explained the 7 day trail period, and as he stated, he wanted to answer any questions or concerns because this car buying experience was about "me being happy" as Vivek told me.. And I was!! I have had the car for 3 days now, and I have decided to keep it after the 7 day period. I CANNOT STRESS ENOUGH HOW BLOWN AWAY I WAS FROM THIS AMAZING EXPERIENCE! I have already recommended this to ALL of my friends, and have blasted this experience all over my social media. If you're on the fence, from one skeptic to another, DO IT! You will not regret this experience!
