Used 2016 Nissan Sentra

I just bought a new 2016 Nissan sentra and its excellent! The whole process was easy and simple. It didn't take long at all. The people are super friendly. It was everything I expected and more. Plus they delivered on time and cleaned my car before it got there. AMAZING! I'm definitely not going to a dealership ever again. I give ten stars

Purchased a 2016 Nissan Sentra about a month ago. I have to say the beginning was the worst experience I have ever faced when purchasing a vehicle. Everything was so easy up until the part of my title because I was trading in a vehicle. I have taken out a title loan years ago and the lady that signed my title made a small error because she almost misspelled the company she worked for which was wrong on her part. But how Carvana handled it really upset me. Initially they have changed the date of my delivery and tried to put it on the title loan place rather than just up front telling me that their truck had broke down. The representative told me that I will need to have the title loan place fill out and Affidavit of Correction. Instead of them doing research because they are in another state, after me telling them numerous times that Virginia does not have that, the representative proceeded to ask that I Google it because he is pulling it up but it was for the state of Georgia where I do not live. The representative I spoke to told me that the title loan company was what was causing the delay but after speaking with another representative, he told me that there was a delay due to the truck that delivers the vehicle broke down which was confirmed by a supervisor (which was very non chalant and apologized for the false information I was receiving) After all the headache because of all the run around, I decided to go to DMV and get a new title. After that, everything was back on track and I received my vehicle. I can honestly say that I do love my vehicle even though it had absolutely no windshield washer fluid in it which they say they check everything before delivery. I can say all of the representatives are very polite but need to be better trained on their policies.

After suffering a pretty traumatic bait-and-switch attempt at a local dealership, I had given up on buying a car. I wasted an entire afternoon and ended up with no car to show for it. Carvana redeemed the car-buying experience for me. I live in the South and should have listened to the warnings about the rusted vehicles from the salted roads from the rust belt. My advice to potential buyers: Check the CarFax and exclude cars from the Northeast. Carvana does state that they allow a certain amount of surface rust, but we took our first test drive pick (a 2015 Honda Civic) to the dealership for a pre-purchase inspection and when they put it on the lift, there was a lot of rust. I can't speak to "surface" vs. "embedded," but the quantity was more than I expected... and more than the dealership thought I should accept. So, I exchanged it for a 2016 Nissan Sentra and began my second test drive. The return/exchange process was seamless. They brought the second car to my house (just like they did with the Civic) and simply changed them out. I didn't have to do anything, except select the second car to test drive. I took the Sentra to a local mechanic for a pre-purchase inspection. (Honda didn't charge anything, as they simply put it on a lift, but I paid $79 and had a mechanic spend about an hour checking it over.) The shop found virtually nothing. They let me know the manufacturer's recommended maintenance and gave the car a solid thumbs-up. This was a really great car-buying experience for me. No one deserves the bait-and-switch tactic at a dealership. I don't have time to spend every day off in a stressful, high-pressure sales environment. As I was looking at used cars only, dealers are often pretty limited on stock and in my area, lots of the used cars are extremely high mileage for the price. The Carvana selection is unbelievable and the pricing is extremely competitive. It's a good feeling to see that blank line next to "dealer fee" on the paperwork. The staff with whom I interacted (especially Matt, who brought me both vehicles) were truly the kindest people I have met in any service industry. They understand their customers and filling out paperwork in the comfort of my home was just like having a friend over for a few minutes. Dealerships will remain in business to sell new inventory (unless Carvana picks that up, too, one day) and to provide parts and service. However, they're truly about to lose a huge chunk of their used inventory sales. I'm still traumatized from my last dealership experience, but you know what? It worked out better this way. I was hesitant to purchase online at first and while there was a slight delay with vehicle pick up because of a recall Carvana was a great experience! When we picked up car at the vending machine Brian was terrific! I would recccomend Carvana. Great experience!

I bought my car a week ago and I still can't believe how easy it was. It took less than ten minutes to lock in the deal and the financing. I have never had such a pleasant car buying experience and never gotten such a great deal. I am outside of the delivery area so drove down near Charlotte and test-drove the car, electronically signed the contracts, and was on the road in under 40 minutes. Everyone I have dealt with has been so friendly and straightforward. I haven't experienced any inconsistencies and the service has been outstanding.

The car was delivered within the time frame specified and the driver was very friendly. The experience was very nice overall and the car looked just as expected. The printed out carfax and auto check was great along with the little goodies inside. The what seems to be replaced car jack doesn't work with the tools provided, but Customer Service was quick to correct the issue. If I need to purchase another used car, it will likely be from Carvana.
