I just purchased a 2016 Nissan Pathfinder about a week ago and I love it. Logistically, the delivery process was less than ideal; basically, they didn't know where my car was on the day of the delivery and that was after it had been delayed a full 24 hours already. Upon arrival it had not been detailed, but that have promised to reimbursed me for the expense of a detail. The car arrived with NO windshield wiper fluid and very little coolant; so I had to run out and buy that. Additionally, the cap for the power plug is broken and wasn't disclosed. Now I get to drive around, get a quote, get it fixed and request reimbursement. That's not something that should have been missed but the rest of the imperfections in the car was listed and spot on. Overall, the car is great and customer service has been wonderful. The car just didn't arrive detailed and "prepared" to the level that Carvana advertises and promises. I was disappointed in that. They have said they are sending me $50 for the delivery mistake which is reat customer service but it would have been even better if this car had come with all the fluids in it! I don't feel like we should have had to do that on day one. Otherwise, give Carvana a try!
