Used 2015 Nissan Pathfinder

I bought a 2015 Nissan Pathfinder for my wife for her birthday. Once we decided on the car it took all of thirty minutes to fill the stuff out online. I took one phone call from a carvana employee and everything was completely done and ready for delivery. The day of delivery the delivery guy called and was right on time. The car was very clean except for the tires (which was no bother to me) so he apologized and left us a $25 gift card to use as we pleased. Then I mentioned that it was my wife's birthday present and he told me that they like to do something special on special occasions and just today we got another $25 Amazon gift card. They just got a customer for life.

I received my car a few days ago. I was very nervous because buying a car online was something new to me. I got a 2015 Nissan Pathfinder and I'm beyond pleased with it. Everything is just as described and like the online photos. The process was fairly easy with all the paperwork. I will definitely refer my friends and family and I myself will use Carvana again. February 1, 2017 I purchased a 2015 Nissan Pathfinder. Everything was great from selecting the vehicle to the financing process, even to the delivery of the vehicle. I have purchase 2 cars from Carvana in a 7 month period and is been a great experience and fun to buy from them.

I strongly dislike going to dealerships; I truly despise car salesmen. My husband had a great experience at a smaller lot a couple of years ago so naturally, I gave them a ring first during my car buying journey. I completed the checkout process with ease and signed my documents electronically. Did I really just buy a car online? Yeah, I did! While my car was delayed a couple of days due to inclement weather, I was promptly notified and compensated fairly. The customer advocates are the kindest people on this planet, great job guys! Walter was ten minutes early to my scheduled delivery time and very friendly. He asked if I had any questions about my vehicle or the terms; he took the time to make sure that I understood my rights and that I was informed. Carvana makes purchasing a vehicle virtually effortless...highly recommend to everyone that I talk to!
