I bought this as a weekend/date car. My wife and I love the car. I have already told others about Carvana.

Purchase online was easy, took a few days to get the proper docs submitted. Car was delivered as scheduled and the rep was amazing. Down falls are: the front headlight covers were very yellow and discolored, the online photo's did not show this. The transport company somehow scratched the bottom of the passenger door with 4 huge 3 foot scratches that are into the plastic, very visible. The rep reassured me when I go to Nissan, I can get the scratches fixed as well as have new headlight covers put in and Carvana would pay for it. I will be doing this prior to my 7 day return period. Forking over 3,500 down payment does not leave much for me to pay for someone's mistakes. I have 2 family members ready to purchase but they are going to wait and see if my issues are taken care of first since this is a new concept.

The very best car purchase ever. Easy, fast without all the dealership play acting junk, everyone treated the same. Sure wish someone had thought of this system sooner.

First time Carvanaing. From start to finish it was a great experience. They gave me a fair price on my trade and a good deal on my new to me 370z. I love my new car! It was super easy. I can't imagine buying a used car any other way in the future. The best part is not being harassed by high pressure salespeople. I'm an introvert and don't like that kind of stuff. Almost two weeks ago I ordered a 2014 Focus ST from Carvana, it got here few days later to my front door, representative was great, you could tell they actually pay attention to detail and care about the car (other than some companies who don't care if the front lip gets scratched from unloading). The paper signing was quick and easy, even though I didn't like the focus so I called them and they offered to do an exchange if there's another car that I liked, and so they did! Few days later my new car came in, same scenario perfect representative with a friendly attitude and smile. The only thing I'd say is the downside (for me atleast) is that they only sell newer cars. But then again it's probably for warranty and financing purposes. Would definitely recommend anyone to use this service. 10/10!
