Used Mercury

We have been looking for a while for a vehicle for my wife. Her Mercury Sable 1996, the heating & air conditioning had gone out in the car. Then she remembered the Carvana car commercial, we thought we'd give it a try , since the Nalley , Hyundia dealership was giving me the run-a-round. The site is simple, let's you choose the options you want, pick your finance & payment plans. They even deliver it to you free of charge & you test drive it for 7 days, if you don't like it they'll come pick it up. Seriously , who else does that. They're very friendly & helpful and can answer all your questions. It's as easy as ordering a pizza.

This was our second purchase from Carvana. First was in Dec 2016, a Toyota Prius V. Just researched,went online and, saw one that seemed well-priced. We had never seen one, or had driven one. But all went well and this Aug 2017, we found another to replace a 10-y.o. Mercury Milan and purchased our second Prius. This time we did the trade-in which went smoothly. Everyone through the transaction was pleasant and helpful. No rush, no sitting in a sales office, or hunting all over for the "right" car. Fine process.

Everyday I see these nice, pretty cars that I wish I could own. All these pretty Chargers, Challengers, Optimas, BMWs, Camaros, and Mustangs (to name a few), I've always dreamed of owning something nice. I don't have the best credit so dealerships always turned me down; and the ones that approved me wanted over $5k down. Then I found Carvana.com; the best thing that has ever happened to my personal pleasure. Because of this company, I went from owning a 2001 Mercury Grand Marquis, painted lime green (yuck), to a 2015 Kia Optima SX Turbo with a panoramic sunroof! Best part? Carvana only wanted $1300 down with a fair monthly note! That same credit I tried to buy a $12k car with and kept getting denied for or had to put over $5k down? Carvana gave me a second chance with an $18k car, only putting $1300 down! Will I buy another vehicle from Carvana? "You darn skippy!" Will I recommend Carvana to a friend? Pssh; I've told every co-worker, promoted you guys on my Facebook, AND in the process of helping my fiance buy a car through you guys! Carvana changed my LIFE!
