The car was driven to my home by a Caravana employee it was not delivered by car carrier as the service describes, thus putting extra miles on the car. When it arrived it was very poorly detailed, on closer inspection it appeared that someone had spilled a drink on the inside of the passenger door, the exterior was dirty, floor in need of vacuuming and of course the windows were dirty. The agent who delivered the car was very professional and courteous, she offered me $100 in gift cards to have the car detailed, about a third of what it will cost, but I thought that was a good gesture on her part. She did a great job explaining the process and the process. However, with the car delivered in the physical state that is was I have great doubts about the attention to detail given to the 150 inspection and other promises made by Carvana. Have not decided if I will keep the car or not, today I will take it to a dealership for a mechanical inspection and go from there.
