Used 2017 Mercedes-Benz C-Class

I purchased my car June 3rd, 2017. It was such a smooth process. Everyone should be able to purchase a car via this process! The Carvana commercial does not really tell you how great purchasing an auto this way really is. I should be in the next commercial!

I ordered my car about a month ago. There was some minor issues. I only got one key, when the details said 1 set well in my vocabulary 1 set means 2. Ok so, $20k plus I could not get a 2nd key. That was a deal breaker. I turned the car back in ordered the same car, still only got 1 key. Well the keys is $468.00 2017 Mercedes Benz, and I am still spending money. Well there is no negotiating with them. Everything is set in stone. However, I love my car. I still have to buy a key. They were late paying off my car so that was another down fall. The delivery went great. Very smooth. Yes i would buy again. And i would turns friends on. I just wish they did not see each deal carved in stone there is always going to be some kind of problem one way or the other. Got my car and love it. I am just better at this unique experience now. I would say try it for yourself. Great prices. I hate the fact that even if you transfer your current tags, it still cost the same price $114.00 so even if you cannot use them take them anyway. You have to pay. I think if they iron out some of the kinks, it will work. But all and all a ok car buying experience.

I bought a 2017 Mercedes C300. The paperwork side of the transaction was quick and easy. Delivery was on time, to the minute. Except for a missing ignition button, Keyless Go system, it was exactly as described. When I asked for the button to be provided, they arranged for it.

The Process Of Buying A Was Easy As 123. I Was Able To Pick My Car Up As Scheduled Time. However While Test Driving My 2017 Mercedes Benz I Notced On The Freeway It Would Vibrate & Shake A Little. Which It Shouldn't if It Went Throught The 150PT Inspection. I Informed the Lady at Location, She Advised Me To Take It To The Dealership Since The Car Still Have An Manufature Warranty. They Advised Me The Tires On The Car Was Bad & Needed New Ones. Silver Rock Carvana Warranty Gave Me A VERY HARD TIME Approving To Pay For New Tires. They Wanted Pictures & All.... Didn't Make It Easy For Me. I Don't Recommend There Extended Warranty

Well... Im i currently live in a tiny town with like 4 dealerships, so for me i couldn't find anything i liked for the price i was looking for. I heard about carvana.Com and looked into it. At first i was kinda worried about doing anything online that involved buy a car.. Do to i couldn't take it to the dealership and blah blah bla... All the stupid stuff my parents told me had got stuck in my head. Anyways... I found a c class Mercedes-Benz and bought it. It looks perfect amd new on the inside.... Perfect on the outside.... They delivered it.... And i got a Mercedes-Benz for 21k... Saved a bunch of money... Got a car i love... Has 500 miles warranty... And just to be safe i put yhe extended protection just in case of any happens! No dealership needed... Buying a car has never been better! Im extremely happy with my black Mercedes-Benz.... I look like im balling but im really not! ;) lol

The ordering was so simple that I questioned the process and the agent laughed at me (but in a good way). Rebecca was super nice and even let me test drive it for 20 minutes (while she waited) immediately after delivery. I love Carvana!!!

This was by far the best auto purchase experience that I have ever had. I can not imagine ever going to a traditional dealership again for a used vehicle. Process was super smooth and simple. Every person from my first contact to the delivery person could not have been nicer.

This was a great experience! The process was seamless, quick and easy. I purchased a 2013 Mercedes-Benz C250 Coupe with 13,731 miles on it and a clean car fax for an unbelievable price. Customer service was great always readily available to answer questions and concerns. When the car arrived it exceeded my expectations and the driver was super nice and even offered to fill the gas tank. I would recommend Carvan to anyone. No dealer fees or hassles and the 7 day test drive is a wonderful advantage.

I just purchased my 2013 Mecedes C250 and I could not be Happier!!! I have had the car checked out and it is in Great condition!!! Everyone that I spoke to from Customer Service to the Delivery Guy were so nice!!! I have worked in customer service over 20 years and Carvana customer service is in the top 5%. Did I mention they contacted me on my delivery date to make sure it was ok to deliever my car earlier than scheduled. Great Job!!! Please Continue to treat all your customers the way you treated me!!!!!
