Used 2015 Mazda MAZDA6

I bought a 2015 Mazda 6, I was a bit skeptical because buying a car online sounds a bit sketchy, however I was quite surprised at how easy it was. However I do believe it's not better than going to a dealership. It was easy to place my order for the car and my delivery was scheduled for two weeks after I placed my order, I was hoping it wouldn't be that long, but I decided to just wait since it could just be the perfect car for me. Up the car needed up getting here on time so I was happy for that, but there were a couple of things I was not expecting. First the detailing job was very sloppy, the windows had water marks all over, there were stains on the mats, there was some dust on the surfaces and the car smelled like a full bottle of febreze was dumped on it, so I was disappointed on that part. The second thing is that I was expecting to just sign some papers and receive my registration and licence plates in a few days, after all that's what the website said. It turns out, I have to take the car to get an emissions test before the registration process can start, I'm busy during the week, so I don't know when I'll have tome to do that and the temporary plates are only valid for 45 days. It's good that they reimburse what you pay for the emissiokns test, but I was expecting for all that to be taken care of, especially since I waited 2 weeks to get the car. Overall it was an okay experience for an online dealership, but I think they can do better, car runs great by the way so can't complain about that. The best thing I can say is that I enjoyed the online experience. However, not Carvana so much. I purchased a 2015 Mazda 6. The car had several large scratches that was not revealed until delivery. The deliverer acted as if I already had known when confronted. Secondly, the car had a recall on a part involved in the braking system that was NOT mentioned in the advertising description. Carvana was apologetic and only offered to take car back instead of offering a more convenient solution. I asked for a free car wash or oil change and was told NO. I don't recommend this company, but love the idea!

I recently no ught a used 2015 Mazda6 from Carvana. I was skeptical about the whole online process and the delivery of the vehicle. However, Carvana blew it out of the water. They made the whole process so simple and easy, truly a no hassle experience. On top of that, they somehow found out that I had recently finished my graduate degree and decided to load my car with surprised and gifts on them. It's the small things that make a huge difference when buying a car, and Carvana delivered.. no pun intended.

I bought a 2015 Mazda 6 through Carvana and it was, by far, the most enjoyable experience I've ever had buying a car...borderline fun. I looked for a few weeks before I settled on a model I wanted, and then I just waited for the model and color to become available - as soon as one was available, I began the purchase process. From there, it was just a matter of submitting documents Carvana requested, and lining up financing (my bank offered a lower rate, so I went with a third party instead of Carvana direct). I had a few questions along the way, but everyone I interacted with from Carvana was really lovely and accomodating. I opted to pick my car up from the "vending machine" in Tempe and that was really fun to see and share with my friends & family. Again, everyone at Carvana that I encountered was energetic, efficient & fun to work with. They took my trade-in with no issues, got a few signatures from me for title work, let me test drive and I was on my way. No annoying salespeople trying to upsell or change the deal at the last minute - so refreshing! I would buy a car through them again in a heartbeat.

I would never have thought that buying a good used car could be so easy. I love my 2015 Mazda6 with ONLY 21,000 miles. And, all the Carvana people I dealt with were courteous, knowledgeable and, made each step of the sale easy, easy, easy!

I've been looking online at used cars for some time. Once I whittled it down to the make/model/year, I visited several dealerships and test drove a few. I had varying experiences at the dealerships. One wanted me to commit to purchasing the car prior to taking it to my mechanic for inspection, with the caveat that I could break the purchase agreement if something was found. Really? Commit to buying it? Another dealer charges a "documentation fee" of $600. For what? An hour's worth of paperwork? Another showed me a car that a) was clearly owned by a smoker, and that was not disclosed, b) had a burn hole in the leather back seat, and c) had a blown speaker that was covered up my turning the stereo's balance to one side. Then I found Carvana. You can see any blemish with a close up image. There are not hidden fees. They deliver the car to your driveway, and you have 7 days to return it if it's not exactly as described, no questions asked. In my case, there was a problem with the key fob....I guess they were not up to their quality standard. So, they emailed me saying delivery might have to be rescheduled. However, they called back and not only kept delivery on-time, but delivered it with 3 key fobs! Outstanding. They even take care of the paperwork with your state, so you don't even have to go to the DMV. They'll mail you your plates! I've already told my neighbors about this. This may be the only way I ever buy a used car again.

I bought a car from Carvana about a month ago. Everything went just as they said it would. No surprises, no issues, no spending all day at a dealership! The car was ready on the day it was supposed to be, I went and did a test drive, signed my name on a couple of papers, and was gone in about 30 minutes (including the test drive time). Car tag arrived as promised and I could not be more pleased with my experience. I would highly recommend to anyone. So easy, it's almost scary!

Buying from Carvana is convenient, easy, and fast.

The buying process online was very good. I am an atypical buyer in that I paid cash. That went very well. The problem started when my car was unavailable at the time promised. I called to find out what was going on and was told that the weather out West where the car was coming from caused the truck to not leave Texas and that the delay would be four days! I can understand a later time in the day or even early the next day, but four days is unacceptable. The people I spoke to were not very helpful. In cases like this there has to be some form of remuneration. I had to point that out to the employee to get a promise of $50 for the trouble. We'll have to wait and see how that goes.
