Used 2015 Mazda CX-9

Purchasing the vehicle was quick, easy, and informative. Customer reps I spoke with over the phone were awesome. Car is in great shape and exactly what I was looking for, at the best price I could find. Everything was highly visible and no hidden fees or Gotcha moments. Will look to buy future cars from here.

The car was not clean or detailed on the inside. Many interior defects and things that needed to be cleaned and fixed up. Happy with the mechanics of the car but disappointed that they did not reveal the interior issues or spend a few hundred dollars to get them fixed up.

From the website to the documentation to the trade in/pick up process, I was extremely satisfied. Not to metion the price I paid. I think I saved over $3,000 over a similar auto at CarMax. You will be the 1st place I shop if I ever need another car.

We shopped around for a couple months and were not happy with the dealership service and experience as a whole. Carmax was better, but couldn't work with us on any minor issues with car to adjust price and interiors were filthy compared to any other place we looked. Saw Carvana on CL and called, though skeptical. They did everything they said they would do when they said they would do it. It was quite seamless. The care was fully detailed when it arrived. Small noise at one wheel, but Carvana said they would pay for anything under their warranty period and waive the deductible. Wife and I could not be happier about the entire experience. I encourage anyone skeptical about the process to try it. You can't even take a car from dealership for 7 day test drive. I'm waiting for Carvana to go public so I can buy some stock.

I have bought cars in my time but this experience was by far the simplest and most efficient. I highly recommend and the vehicle delivered was as advertised and pricing was spot on!

I cannot believe it is this easy to buy a new car. We found a car that we liked, started the paperwork, and less than a week later, had a new car. I was a little nervous about buying a car that I had not seen in person, but Carvana does a great job with pointing out scratches or other flaws in the car. Anytime I had a question, it was quickly answered. Everyone I spoke with was friendly and informative. Our new car was delivered. It was very clean and the swag bag was a unique touch. We took our new car today and had it looked over by a mechanic. They said the car was in "excellent condition" and that we got a great car. I will never buy through a dealership again. Thank you Carvana for making it fun to buy a car!

Well it beats the dealership for sure. Overall, the process was streamlined and easy. I would say that there were a few scratches and cosmetic issues (like the scratch across the radio screen) that should have been noted. Also, the finance company does not allow you to make a one-time payment that is scheduled more than 2 weeks out. That is frustrating for those of us that do not want the auto pay option. On another note, the online details of the vehicle included the SiriusXM tuner. When I received the vehicle it was not there. Of course I could return the vehicle but I called and the service was nothing but exceptional. They authorized the installation by the Mazda dealer and covered the entire $700 cost to make it right. Applause from me on this one! Overall, good purchase experience and I am happy with my new car!

Loved the website and the whole buying experience. The delivery gal, Dana was great. Gift bag, visa gift card were nice extras. Car looked great. Love it after several days of drive time.

The whole car buying process was excellent. Done from the comfort of my home with detailed view of each car and its features. The pick up at vending machine felt special and it was a willy wonka like experience. I did have my mechanic review the vehicle post purchase and he could not find any issues and told me i got a great vehicle.
