Used 2016 Lincoln

My wife needed a new car, and I was prepared to go out shopping over the weekend to all the dealers, schlepping around looking for the car she wanted and the best deal. Instead, she came to me with the proposition of buying a car through an online car seller, Carvana. I was completely skeptical, saying I would never purchase something online of such value and sight unseen. But she persisted and as I looked into what Carvana offered, and got to see the vehicle she had chosen, my walls of resistance started to come down. As I worked through the process with her and Carvana, it quickly became apparent that the Carvana folks have thought out a whole bunch of stuff in advance, and from start to finish the commitment to and purchase of Dianna's new car took about 90 minutes tops. A week later the car arrived on a tip bed truck, and the driver unloaded her new car, and we took it for a test drive. This was a 2016 Lincoln MKZ, and as advertised, it was perfect in every way; clean, like new, not a scratch or ding anywhere. I even took it to the Lincoln dealer and had the vehicle completely inspected and the service department told us "Enjoy your new Lincoln; it is perfect!" No better endorsement than that! We drove ... or should I say she drove her new car for the week grace period, and she loves it and we love it and as the saying goes "Happy Wife, Happy Life!" I'm satisfied totally with Carvana, and highly recommend it to others if you want to avoid the time and hassle of buying a car the old fashioned way! Thanks Carvana!

I am sitting here looking out the window at my 2016 Lincoln MKZ Hybrid, which I just purchase from Carvana, The car had 12,765 miles and was spotless inside and out. Having a seven-day money back guarantee, I took it to my local Lincoln dealer for a checkup, they had the car for about 2 hours, and the report from the service manager was Wow! The car is awesome, as if new and they cannot believe I paid only $26,500 for it. By the time, I checked out, two sales people and the sales manager were looking at the car shaking their heads saying that the person I bought it from must have been desperate for money to let it go so cheaply. I pointed out that I bought it from Carvana online. The best they could do was a 2015 MKZ with 37400 miles and a funky Odor inside. Everyone I came in contact with at Carvana was amazing, very friendly, knowable, and eager to help. Miss Emily who delivered the car was very helpful and professional; she took great care in unloading my new car and loading my trade in. She answered every question and was fair and reasonable in evaluating my trade. I am 65 years old and to date I have purchased approximately 27 automobiles, and this has been the smoothest and best deal ever! My 2016 Lincoln MKZ was delivered over the weekend and I love it!! My original pick up date was Tuesday but my daughter went into labor so Carvana arranged for me to have a rental car free of charge to be present for my grandsons birth, and to make things even more stress free my car was then delivered right to my front door, upon delivery my daughter and I were sincerely congratulated on the birth of her baby boy, we also received the cutest Carvana baby onesie, a Carvana key chain, a tumbler cup and a $20 gift certificate via email to remember this very special week! I just purchased a 2016 Lincoln MKZ from Carvana. It was by far the best, simplest and least stressful experience I have ever had purchasing a car. I highly recommend Carvana for those car buyers who have a pretty good idea what kind of car they want. Shopping for it from home, having it delivered to my home and quickly filling out paperwork was so simple and I would definitely do it again. I did not experience turning it back in within the 7 days as I kept the car.

Probably being a bit "older"(53) than the typical demographic Caravana is marketing, I was somewhat skeptical. I found a nice car, went through the process, and used their financing. Each step was easy to manage. I like the fact that I did all my own research and already knew what type of car I was looking for without any pressure from them. I was very impressed with the delivery of the car. I expected some typical "grease monkey" type to drop it off. But no! I was met by a well dress and nicely manner young man that took the time to go over the paperwork and answer any questions. Oh, and the car is GREAT! I have already recommend Carvana to coworkers and friends who have asked me about them.

I purchased my 2014 Lincoln Mkz last week, and understanding that I'm depending on a website, and information, pictures, etc. to make an important decision when normally, would take , of time and effort; this was all new to me. Carvana "Delivered" on every aspect of the process from start to finish! Everything that was "Disclosed" on the website was true, and the car was delivered "Gleeming" in my driveway, while my old car was taken in the same transaction; "Wow".
