When I ordered my first vehicle, which was another 2015 Kia Sorento, I was told the head unit on the dashboard wasn't turning on. I was given this news an hour before the delivery. I turned away the vehicle and ordered another 2015 Kia Sorento, which I was excited about because the description said that it had a 3rd row seat. There wasn't a third row seat :( Overall. I am still happy with the value of the vehicle without the third row, but I wish that I would have known in advance. When that second vehicle was delivered. The E-brake was stuck, the switchblade vehicle key was broken and the windshield wipers were run down because they were loud and didn't clear the rain off of the windshield. Needless to say my process wasn't seamless, but the issues were cleared up and taken care of. The staff is ultra professional to deal with. From Nathan delivering the vehicle and speaking with the appropriate individuals to clear up these matters to other inside staff that were on the phone with me, they were all terrific to speak with. It seems like there are some issues within the distribution/inspection area that still need to be ironed out as a new company. Overall, I love the business model and would recommend to a friend, but with minor caution.
