Used 2016 Kia Sedona

Where do I start...my wife and I had been looking to buy a vehicle for our family of 5 for quite some time but dreaded the thought of going to a traditional dealership like we had in the past. Having to put up with the sales people, the haggling, the long hours, and yes even the fear of being rejected by the finance department was something that we wanted avoid. My wife and I saw a Carvana comercial and decided to take a look at their website. Everything about the process of their system sounded very intriguing to us and frankly felt a little unreal, but we decided to try it anyway. With nothing to loose, we searched their inventory,  found a car that we liked and proceeded to purchase it. We were still in disbelief when the website said, "Congratulations on the purchase of your vehicle.". It really had not sunk in that in just a little over an hour, we had purchased a 2016 vehicle, with no money down and a monthly payment well within our budget. We were still skeptical until we received a call shortly after from one of the friendly Carvana representatives congratulating us on the purchase and asking us when and where we wanted our car delivered. The car arrived three short days later and it looked even better than on the website. Although we received the car with only one set of keys, we took the car to a local service department and they called the warranty company who took care of everything. The whole process has been incredible! We have never had a more pleasant experience than the one we have had so far with this company.  The vehicle is amazing, their customer service is second to non, and they really take care of their customers. Carvana, we can't thank you enough for helping us get the vehicle our family deserves. I purchased my vehicle a couple of weeks ago through Carvana. I love the ease of searching their inventory, and the fact I didn't have to deal with a car salesman. The process was painless, and took much less time than going to a car dealership. Everyone I dealt with was friendly and professional. I highly recommend Carvana!

I recently purchased a 2015 Kia Sedona. I have twin boys and needed a good vehicle with enough space for everyone and all the stuff that comes with transporting the family. Other dealerships that had a similar car charged significantly more and had other fees that brought the cost too high. Carvana was able to beat all competitors prices by a good margin and do not have any processing fees, further saving me money. When the car was delivered I took it to my local mechanic for an inspection and my mechanic said I basically got a new vehicle with 30,000 miles. He was impressed. I have been very happy!

I purchased a Kia Sedonna minivan a week ago and it is so clean and runs so well. I am still excited and happy about this purchase.

I never thought about buying a van on line but it was very easy and having Carvana do the title . paperwork and tag was very easy. the van is everything I needed in the van the price was right.

My wife's old van needed to be replaced, and because we have 3 small children, we needed to find the perfect van for out family. We originally went to a dealership to see if we could find the right fit, but we had such an awful experience there. We were discouraged, but that same night my wife mentioned Carvana, so we checked it out. At first, we just planned to take a look, and even though we found a car that fit exactly what we needed, we had some doubt. But by the end of 45 minutes of looking and wondering if we would really buy a car online, we decided to take the leap and purchase. Not counting our time of talking and thinking about it, the finding and buying process lasted about 20 minutes, and we were excited. I was so impressed by the entire experience. I loved being able to tweak our terms and monthly payments, being able to digitally sign all documents, and I loved the feeling of no pressure from a crazy dealership. We will never go back to the old way of buying cars ever again.
