Used 2016 Kia Cadenza

There are simply not enough adjectives to explain what I think of Carvana or the Carvana experience. The individual(s) responsible for this business model reinvented more than just the way a vehicle is purchased, they reinvented the way a vehicle-purchasing experience can make someone feel. As someone who suffered substantial credit implications as the result of an unforeseen medical diagnosis, I believed the only way I would be able to purchase a car again would be to wait a few more years, and to save a significant amount to put down, so imagine my shock and awe when I went to Carvana's website, and not only was I approved, but my down payment was an amount that was easy for me to save in a short amount of time. Not only did I get blessed with the financing options, but I walked away with the most amazing vehicle I have ever purchased; a 2016 Kia Cadenza with every single bell and whistle available on a vehicle today. It was so surreal that the day I went to the vending machine to get the car, I almost expected it to be some kind of gimmick or for them to give me the run around once I got there. I walked in expecting them to tell me that after processing everything I would need a higher down payment or to be told the photos online were stock so the car would look nothing like it did on the website or any array of other issues that could come to pass; however, I walked in and within 15 minutes I walked out with the keys and associated documents to my brand new car....the exact same car I saw on the Carvana website, with the exact down payment I was quoted from my initial inquiry, and the exact same monthly payment quoted. Not only was the process amazing, but the vending machine experience was INCREDIBLE!! I felt like a small child as I stood there in awe of my car being lifted down like a bag of Skittles (and I was just as happy as if I were getting a bag of Skittles). Since April 4, 2019 when I walked out of the Carvana vending location in Gaithersburg, MD, I have told anyone who would listen to buy their next car there. As for me, I will never purchase a car anywhere else, and I cannot thank Carvana enough for their business model, their stellar customer service, and the new way of making people feel when it's time to invest in a new vehicle.

So glad I did not have to deal with the old fashion "Car Buying" experience. This was a breath of fresh air and very easy. Super friendly and knowledgeable advocates that seem to truly care about your customer experience. The great service started with a great website and ended with the nice young man who delivered my car. I could not believe it when my car was delivered on the carvana truck and it was just like the website pictures but better. What a beautiful site. The delivery driver was extremely nice. Thank you Carvana for blessing me with a great car at a great price.

I recently purchased my 2014 Kia Cadenza just under a week ago and thus far I have been very pleased with the overall vehicle, and even more so, the entire buying process through Carvana. From the very start, Carvana went above and beyond to make sure I was aware of the entire process, answered any questions I had regarding third-party financing and veteran license plate transfers, and continued to follow-up even after I took possession of the vehicle. The 7-day money back guarantee and 100-day warranty is an excellent additional value. Granted, the vehicle does show signs of being pre-owned (obviously), but overall, everything works as expected, the vehicle runs great, and there were no unexpected surprises that Carvana neglected to mention. Being a former Kia owner that moved up to a Lexus, I didn't feel like I was giving up anything by going back to a Kia with this particular model – excellent features, great performance and feel, and a few hidden bonus hiding in the gas tank (thanks Carvana for the gas gift card!).

Bought a 2014 Kia Cadenza, and had it delivered since I was without a vehicle. Car was very clean and maintained. There was no pressure to keep this vehicle and there was a follow up from Carvana, letting me know I can reach out to them in case I wanted to return it. Needless to say, I ended up keeping the vehicle. So much better than going to a car lot.

I bought this vehicle and thought I was getting everything I was looking for, but 360 vehicle view showed vehicle was equipped with blind spot warning and it was not. Also I was not made aware vehicle only had one key until I was leaving the facility.
