Used 2015 Jeep Wrangler

I have only had my 2015 Jeep Wrangler Unlmited for on one week, but so far, I love it and the Carvana process. When I first began looking, and found this Jeep, I was hesitant and didn't completed the online "paperwork". The next day I decided to pull the trigger and purchase the vehicle. Unfortunately I had waited too long and someone else was in the process of purchasing the car. I was informed that I would be notified if the car became available again in the future. I continued my search for a jeep wrangler online and test driving numerous vehicles in the Atlanta area, but the vehicle on Carvana was always in the back of my head. I never found exactly what I was looking for during the test drives. There was always something that I did not like about those vehicles whether it was the condition, the options or the price. After about a week received an email from Carvana indicating that the car was once again available for purchase. This time I jumped on the paperwork immediately and waited for my jeep to arrive. It arrived at the exact time they had provided and I was more than pleased with the condition of the vehicle. The pictures online at indicated that there were some scratches on the vehicle but I had to search really hard to find the scratches they were indicating. This was in better condition than any vehicle I test drove the previous week The price tag was about $1000 less than anything I have looked at. Overall I am extremely happy with both the vehicle and the Carvana process.

I found exactly what I was looking for in a Vehicle. Everyone that I talked to or dealt with was very nice, helpful, and knowledgeable about the process. Could not ask for anything more in a car buying experience.

Carvana is definitely an innovator in new car sales, and I recommend Jenn and her team to all my friends, family and colleagues. Carvana, you have gained a customer for life.

Seamless buying experience with top notch customer service

I took delivery on 2-23-2016. The process could not have been easier. The folks are Carvana are very helpful, courteous and knowledgeable. I will be using Carvana again in the future.

Way easier than spending all day in the dealership.
