I'm in love with my Jeep and I know for a FACT that in the coming years, not only will I refer my friends and family to Carvana (I've already started to, actually!), but I will also be purchasing my next car from them. Purchased 2015 Jeep Liberty in July. Picked the vehicle, completed paperwork, and chose a delivery date in time in less than 20 minutes. My wife and I were only concerned with the one thing you can't do online, is smell the inside of the car! Fortunately, the delivery team let us know that odor is one thing they screen for when they acquire their vehicles. Carvana should put this statement, or an odor scale or something on their website! It was the only variable that wasn't covered on my purchase. By the way, the car smelled great! Very happy with my purchase and the process!

I didn't think that purchasing a car on line was possible. The entire process was a piece of cake, no hassles, no waiting,no rejection. It was simple and easy, and we had our car delivered to our door, by Matt, who was so nice and friendly.Our trade in was taken just like they offered. We love our 2015 Jeep Patriot. We love CARVANA! I purchased 2015 Jeep 7 days ago. It was the absolute easiest and best car buying experience ever!!! User friendly website, friendly helpful customer service reps. Pricing, financing, and purchase was soooo easy. Highly recommend Carvana. Only thing Texas needs a referral program as I have raved so much several family and friends are checking Carvana for their next purchase. Awesome job loved my experience!!!!

Carvana had the selection and the price I was looking for, but due diligence required checking with at least one Jeep dealership. That conversation sealed the deal for me. The salesman tried to put me in an older, much higher mileage Patriot for nearly the same cost as the 2015 Patriot I finally purchased from Carvana. Moreover, I told him exactly what I was looking for; the Patriot he tried to unload wasn't even close. In fact, it wasn't even on the lot anymore. The only snafu in the process was that my new Jeep missed its bus in Indy, and so had to be delivered a few days later than expected. The customer advocates were fantastic, though, and this little hiccup in the plan didn't detract from the Carvana experience. Thanks for making car-buying stress- and hassle-free.
