I recently purchased this car and I have to be honest I thought it was too good to be true. In between serious dealership hunting and bad experiences I would come home and look at my terms applied to the cars and delivery days on Carvana's site. The website relaxed me and made me feel at ease. After my last horrible abd frustrating dealer experience I came home logged on choose several choices added to my cart then eliminated down to 2 . I told my husband choose abd within the hour I ordered. 1 hour literally I was done ,I just sat at my desk crying with relief. The Jeep I chose had all the features and price I needed and wanted. This is something I could not find in combination everywhere I went. I either had to compromise on price, feature, or mileage. We live on a farm so 4x4 was a must. It seemed like everywhere I looked that drive up price or downgraded features or drive up mileage. I had terrible anxiety about dealerships, not a lot of time to look due to my hectic schedule, and specific needs. Carvana met all my needs, wants, and exceeded my expectations. I ordered and looked on my time, I searched by needs and wants and there were plenty of choices available! No pushy salesmen! I didnt have to sit with anxiety over every vehicle I literally say with my budget book and was able to crack numbers over every vehicle I liked. I didnt have to sit and wait with unprepared people either. Carvana worked with my schedule and even delivered the car out to my rural farm !!!!! The car was beautifully detailed, all the documents were easy to sign, the extra gifts and touches were so thoughtful and appreciated !!!! The gas tank was full! ALLLLLLL your representatives were nice and helpful every single one ! The credit I received to shop at your store for purchasing was so kind ! You all think of everything, every single thing! I'm just grateful! I love my jeep I'm thankful I can now get up my gravel drive wY when it rains. My lab, my 5'2 10 year old baseball player and all his gear , and 6'2 husband all fit in my car at the same time now !!!! I have a low mileage, push to start, gently used 2015 Jeep Grand Cherokee , great financing, 4x4, with a great purchase price and I am thrilled. Carvana was great! I have anxiety over large purchases and pushy salesmen. My husband travels 70% of the time and I work hectic hours with equates to me looking by myself until I have serious options ! They were easy to use your financing applies to all the cars on their site, you can see when they would be delivered, what your down payment if any would be , and your monthly payment. You can adjust terms to fit your needs and budget as well. Having this honesty up front automatically made me that much more comfortable. There was no salesmen telling me how to spend my money !! The cars were well priced as well ! I just greatly appreciate every thing from price, honesty, to the customer service, details, everything .
