Used 2015 Jeep Cherokee

Carvana, please feel free to post this. I researched the heck out of the carvana.com website and the car i wanted to buy, a 2015 Jeep Cherokee. Any time i contacted the team with questions they were super reresponsive. I bought my Jeep on a Wednesday and was promised a delivery time of 1-2 pm on a Friday. It arrived at 1:15. Kaitlin was my delivery driver and I couldn't have asked for a nicer, more polite person. She made me feel at ease, spoke frankly with me, and was just a joy to deal with. Delivery of my vehicle was exactly as promised, and they took my car in trade as promised as well. Besides the best car buying experience EVER.... Kaitlin took time to listen to my story about why I was getting the Jeep and what my joy in life was.... Tuesday afternoon i recieved a FedEx package. The bag was FULL of dog toys, which I had explained to Kaitlin one of the reasons I bought my Jeep was because i foster rescue dogs. There was also a $25 gift certificate to Petco for my babies and a hand written note from Kaitlin. I can't explain the joy I felt when I opened that package. Thank you for an exceptional car buying experience, and thank you for hiring employees that truly care about their jobs and the people they serve. I am a 100% loyal customer... We brought a 2015 Jeep limited about two weeks ago. No haggling over the price. Great deal. Spent less then 30 minutes getting approved and getting the Jeep I wanted. Great way of buying a car.best experience ever

My Jeep 2015 Cherokee was delivered exactly one week ago. it was delivered 30 minutes after estimated time an I got a call half an hour before time given telling me they were running 30 minutes late. Delivery was seamless, car is beautiful! I took it to my car guy that afternoon. Everything checked out beautifully. The next morning the check engine light came on. Filled with dread, I took it back to my car guy, the diagnostic check told us thermostat needed to be replaced. He called silver rock and repair was covered 100%. When I picked up my car after the repair, the manager said-that's a great car, its in fantastic shape-drive the heck out of it ! hahahahahaha, thank you, that is my intention! A tiny blip on the screen of the purchase, unable to be predicted by any check up -made as painless as possible by everyone I had contact with at Carvana. I highly recommend , I do not anticipate ever getting a car anywhere else. But, sadly, I cant get the lid off my Carvana cup :(

I had the most wonderful experience with Carvana. From the moment I hit purchase to when my 2015 Jeep Cherokee was delivered. My SUV was what was promised from the website and I am truly happy. Thank you so much for this experience.

Bought a 2015 Jeep Cherokee about a month ago. The car was in very good condition for the most part. Had a few issues with the Wipers being worn and tearing apart, the air filters being very dirty, tires had mixed brands and were worn too low, while the rotors were rusting out also. Carvana and Silver Rock tok care of us though and apologized for the issues which should have been caught on inspection. They are paying for all the repairs.

I bought my 2015 Trailhawk recently and the experience, ease of access and interest rate was fantastic. My only complaint/comment would be for Carvana to make sure to inform of ALL cosmetic scratches. Mine were minimal but more than noted. Also, include details on your 150 point inspection.

I bought my 2015 Jeep Cherokee Trailhawk a little over a week agon, jeep runs and looks awesome and the experience with Carvana was amazing, you guys take the stress and dread of car shopping out of car shopping, no dealing with sales people who only care of making the sell and could care less about you.

I wish you could see my face right now. As I explained my experience with carvana I am smiling from ear to ear. There was a time when I sold use cars myself and if I was still a car salesman I would definitely be worried. The level of proffesionalism of the representative was top level, however I didn't speak to anyone until I signed the contract and that was fine because everything was so easy I really didn't need help through the process. I just needed help on questions of the features. The only complaint is just this: Why isn't there a Carvana vending machine near me? The closest is Cleveland, Ohio and that is more than 5 hrs away. It would have been so cool to witness that. Grand Rapids, Michigan would be the perfect destinations for a Carvana dealership and a vending machine, just a hint to the people that matter in deciding on where to build. I recently purchased a 2015 Jeep Cherokee Limited. I love the convenience of Carvana being online and having so many vehicles to compare. To make it even better the car was delivered to my door. The Carvana representative was very nice, went over the paperwork, I signed and it literally took 15 minutes. So easy! The only downfall so far has been that there were a few more scratches than noted online which was disappointing. Overall, I am very happy with my new car.

We got a 2015 Jeep Cherokee with 29k miles for $17k. It was delivered on time and looks and works perfectly. Just finished up the trial and we knew we wanted to keep in by day one.
