The first Jeep that was delivered had a leak, should have been found on carvanas inspection. The Jeep spent 10 days in the shop waiting on parts. Had to get our 7 day trial extended, that was an experience in its self. Picked up the Jeep to find another's issue with it. Returned the Jeep to get another Jeep Wrangler. The delivery was delayed for 10 more days. So I had the first Jeep Wrangler for almost 3 weeks that I could not drive it for maintenance issues. We now have our new Jeep Wrangler and are happy with it, just not how long it took for everything else. We felt like we were just another number. The employees in Louisville, KY are great and very friendly.
