My vehicle needed repairs. I waited over a month to obtain the car. Which is understandable but, I requested and spoke with over a handful of individuals regarding exactly what repairs were being conducted and I never received any answers. It's as if you all are in different pages. There's no transparency and no accountability. This is ridiculous! As a customer, I felt I was more of number rather than being a valued customer. I started off excited and pleased and ultimately ended with disappointment before I received my vehicle. The car was not cleaned up to par on the inside as it should've been. Positive note, the delivery driver was great!
