Used 2015 Hyundai Sonata

My 2015 Sonata was delivered as described on the next business day. Who would have thought I could buy a car while riding a city bus! Customer service is friendly and available via phone. The person who dropped off my car was very friendly and accommodating. The car was dropped off within 10 minutes of the scheduled time (and I even received a call ahead of time notifying me of the 10 minute delay). The only criticism I have is that the quality of the online pictures needs to be increased. A higher resolution would be great. Also, it can be difficult to understand where the up-close shots of imperfections are. The lighting inside the car during photographing needs to be increased. The financing through the website was a better rate than the places I shopped around at.

I shopped did my research n decided to give carvana a try, after a few local dealerships hound n keep changing down payment amount not knowing what my final price n payment would be. I told my wife let's shop Carvana, so we picked our car submitted all documents and with 8 days our 2015 Hyundai Sonata was in our diveway. The Advocates are very kind n very helpful, everything went smoothly rt on time. I will only buy from Carvana in the future. Robert & Sherry

I bought my 2015 Hyundai Sonata on Dec 31st and it has some issues which I was unable to report within 7 days of purchase since I had to leave the country for a family emergency. Specially, car was listed as having moon roof but there is none. The car states key battery low from the day it was delivered to me. Car seats had stains at delivery which wouldn't come off. Car is sold as limited but as per Hyundai it is not. So NOT satisfied with this purchase.

I've only had my car for a week now and so far so good. I shopped around before deciding on a 2015 Hyundai sonata. The terms shown online that I agreed to never changed from start to finish of my process even with my low credit score. A great price and down payment. On the day of delivery the driver was on time, polite and to the point. Although the car felt great, I took it to a mechanic to be certain there were no issues during my 7 day money back. The vehicle had no issues. If you are unsure on your purchase do research on the car's history and get it looked at. Overall, I am ecstatic and worry free about my purchase.

I purchased a 2015 Hyundai Sonata and everything went smoothly. Although the seats were a tad bit stained, Carvana immediately rectified the issue and paid to have not only the seats cleaned again, but the entire car detailed. The person who delivered the car, Dave, called me on a daily basis afterwards wanting to make sure that I was satisfied and he made himself available to rectify any other issues. It's this level of customer service and detail oriented approach that made my car buying experience perfect, even with a very minor "bump".

Like I said in the title the hardest part was choosing what kind of car I wanted. Oh yeah..... the sad part is that I didn't received any gifts, like the other people talked about. I have been bragging and my husband also has been bragging on how well Carvana is. Keep up the good work.

I just bought a 2015 Hyundai Sonata SE. It is very clean, runs great and it was delivered to me. NICE
