Used 2015 Hyundai Genesis

I took delivery of my 2015 Hyundai Genesis a week ago, and while I knew I had already made the right decision, what I didn't realize until I saw the vehicle that is was a great decision. Best buying experience ever. I could not believe that this was a three-year-old vehicle with almost 20,000 miles. The car was in pristine condition, and your online description, evaluation annotation, and pictures were spots on and did not do the vehicle justice. More importantly, the few issues, questions and problems I had were immediately resolved by their customer support advocates. Carvana has not only have simplified the buying process but has made it totally enjoyable. They have created a platform for consumers to buy quality and slightly used vehicles at a discounted price, will all the benefits as if they are buying a new vehicle. In addition to their commitment to excellent their, their process further demonstrates the ineffectiveness, inefficiencies and higher cost associated with used car dealers.

I just recently purchased a 2015 hunydai genesis. The way of buying this car exceeded my expectations. The car looked exactly like the photos,maybe not . It looked better ! Very clean and detailed. The delivery driver, Trent was awesome. He went over the paperwork in detail. He even noticed I had a dog and gave him a Carvana dogie treat. This Company is the way to go. It beats sitting in a car dealership going through all the bells and whistles before you even know you have a car. I give this experience a thumbs up for professionalism.

This was a different experience for me. I became a custom to wasting a half of a day at my local Dealership bantering back and forth for the best price and hoping I had purchased a reliable vehicle. With Carvana there was no negotiation. The asking price was below about $1,800.00 from KBB and NADA list. I flew to Atlanta and my Rep. Tara pick me up and brought me to the pickup area. My Car was detailed and everything was as promised. They also put four new tires on this car, windshield wipers and new floor mats. They also offered $225.00 in VISA gift cards to compensate for my flight. The gas tank was filled and tires aired up plus a gift bag with cool stuff. We also accept the 7 day return policy PLUS 100 days 4,000 mile warranty through a third party at no cost to me. This was a 2013 Hyundai Genesis with only 12,225 miles on it.

I purchase a vehicle online sight unseen except for seeing the car in a picture. Went & picked it up & I was in & out within 45 minutes. The car is great, the process even better. I don't think I would ever go to a dealership again. Its Carvana, try it never be pressured to buy a vehicle again.

I started buying cars online in 2000. I have purchased about 10 cars in that time. This has, by far, been the best experience. In the past I had to financing, registration, taxes, arrange transportation to the owner of the car, etc. With Carvana all I had to do was buy my car. With the exception of my flight, they handled everything else. Consider that I'm from Southern California and was buying a car from Atlanta. It can represent a nervous moment. When I arrived from the airport, a driver was there waiting for me. When I arrived at their location, an associate was waiting for me. When I had questions, there were answers. The associate checked over the car and realized the tank was half full. They gave me money to pay for a full tank of gas ($50). I hesitate to call their location a "dealership." For too many people the term "dealership" has negative connotations. That said, they offer all the convenience of a dealership with none of the pressure. When you reach their location ... you reach Carvana. Peace, tranquility, and happiness follow your arrival.

Easy as 1, 2, 3. It's similar to CarMax but to a higher level. If you already know which car you want to purchase using Carvana is real simple. Great part about the experience? No pushy salesman, you don't have to drive all around town to view cars and price comparison is easy since you can view other prices on the internet.

For a person with less than perfect credit to be approved and driving in a 2012 car I'm very happy. The car buying experience was cool and easy and came with a 100 day warranty, $25 gift card, full tank of gas, and car just like it was advertised. Carvana is the New Wave of car buying! I'm now a loyal customer!

I bought this car two days ago. I just selected one car and one payment option. That's it. It was really easy. After that, I was worried if it really works and my car is delivered to my house because it's too simple. But, it really worked. They delivered the car to my house on scheduled time at no cost.
