Great way to buy a car! Good prices, smooth process, and the kids loved the vending machine.

I just had a our car delivery yesterday. Delivery went well and was easy. Did encounter some items while purchasing due to a technical issue. Process toke a little longer than I hoped but overall a good experience.

The entire experience was easy and enjoyable. I despise purchasing a car but Carvana has changed my outlook. The website is easy to navigate and loved how we could narrow down our options so we weren't looking through hundreds of cars we weren't interested in. The customer service is awesome and the people are so friendly and helpful. The person who dropped off the car at our house was very professional and knowledgeable and answered all my questions. The car was clean and the tank was full. We will never buy a car from anywhere else.

I had a unique experience with Carvana. I bought a van only to be contacted to let me know that it had a recall and was actually just removed from the inventory as I was purchasing it. So, I bought another vehicle in its place. They contacted me to tell me that in the pre-delivery check they discovered a glitch with the air conditioning that they wanted to fix before they delivered it which was going to delay the deliver until after the day I needed the car. They were very helpful in getting me into another car and doing their best to make up for the inconvenience. In the end, we settled on a Honda Odyssey. It was delivered promptly and professionally. We just got back from a road trip where we drove 2500 miles and it was a great ride. Very pleased with Carvana. Buying a car in the comfort of your own home and having it delivered to your door is hard to beat.

I cannot say enough great things about my experience with Carvana. From beginning to end, it has been the easiest car buying experience I have ever had! It was delivered as promised, and there was nothing about the car that was not clearly shown on the website (mainly scratches from normal wear and tear). The delivery driver went over all the paperwork as I signed it in such a way that it was very easy to understand. I am in my 7 day trial period and unless a tragedy occurs, we have found our new car!
