This is the first car I've purchase completely on my own, and I was pretty apprehensive to do it the traditional way. I was intrigued when my financial institution mentioned Carvana's unique business model.
From start to finish I was treated respectfully, without any pressure. Everything was a breeze, especially having the car delivered to my door. There was a minor oversight with changing the air filter before its delivery, but they simply handled it as soon as I brought it to their attention. And, they did it by working along with my personal mechanic.
I had a question about the unusual design of wheel wells, and the Carvana repair team researched it, and assured me it was a factory standard, which was reiterated by my mechanic. I even had self-assurance by viewing several of Carvana's virtual tours of similar vehicles.
I am really enjoying my purchase, and the car is a good fit for my lifestyle and personality. I am relieved to know that I made a good, strong purchase and I never felt put upon by the dealership. I appreciate all the help and reassurance I was given by the Customer Service staff by phone and online. They extended their professionalism and expertise to me, which is what I rely upon as a car buyer and owner.
