We bought a 2015 GMC Acadia Denali last week and the entire process was very easy. We picked out a car from a dealership the week before using Carvana, and upon bringing that car home (hadn't purchased yet) we discovered the car reeked of cigarette smoke. We took that car back to the dealership and found the exact same model car on Carvana for $3,700 less and with 5K less miles. It sounded crazy to purchase a car from a vending machine, but we are millennials, so it didn't sound too crazy :) We purchased the car online in about 20 minutes. I was contacted twice by Carvana to verify bank information and to go over delivery expectations. Both conversations were pleasant and productive. I could tell the person on the other line was educated and genuinely liked their job. The car arrived as promised and exactly on time. The dings that were disclosed on the listing were accurate and minor. We used the 7 days to have the car inspected by a mechanic and everything checked out for us. The car delivery person was extremely professional and concise with the paperwork. I appreciated that she was not pushy with our hour of inspecting the car because there is no commission. I asked her if Caravana has been a good company to work for and she said, yes, and that she was currently pursuing an accounting degree from a University and Carvana is paying for her school! That's amazing! Overall, we've had a great experience and have enjoyed telling our friends about our vending machine purchase. We plan on using Caravana again when my husband comes due for a new car.

We found the vehicle that we have been wanting, we provided the necessary documentation and picked the vehicle up. Each individual that I dealt with was respectful and friendly. I will use Carvana again.
