Used 2016 Ford Taurus

Picked up my 2014 Ford Taurus SEL from Carvana Atlanta on 3/1/17 and couldn't be happier with the car and the buying experience. When I arrived my car was detailed and waiting in the bay with a gift bag. Every staff member I encountered over the phone and in person was nice and courteous. Of course it was bought and signed for online so at pickup all I had to do was test drive, sign for the registration and tag and take the car home. Took about 30mins. Now the cool part is when I get close to home I stop to refuel and there's a prepaid visa in the car. My first but was a breeze. I left feeling like I won at every angle.

I WAS GOING FROM DEALER TO DEALER AND THEY WANTED TO PUT ME IN WHAT I DIDN'T WANT. THEN I WENT ONLINE AND FOUND CARVANA AND THEY WERE THE BEST!!!!! I NEVER HAD SUCH A PLEASANT CAR BUYING EXPERIENCE. I WAS SKEPTICAL AT FIRST AND I WOULD CALL THEM EVERY DAY, AND EVERY ONE I SPOKE WITH WAS VERY PROFESSIONAL. CARVANA IS EXACTLY WHO THEY SAY THEY ARE, 100% ONLINE BUYING. I WOULD RECOMMEND CARVANA TO ANYONE WHO THINK THEY CAN'T BUY A CAR. THE ONLY WAY I DON'T BUY MY NEXT VEHICLE FROM CARVANA IS THAT THEY ARE NO LONGER IN BUSINESS. This was by far the easiest car buying experience I have ever had. Once I made my decision on the vehicle I wanted to purchase, it took me less than 20 minutes to complete the sale, including the financing and signing all of the documents, and I never had to leave the house! By being able to adjust my down payment and loan terms, I was able to meet the payment amount I wanted, and see what the differences would be with the various options. The day before my car was to be delivered, I was notified that it had been slightly damaged on transport, and Carvana wanted to make it right. The delivery was delayed a few days, and they offered me a loaner car (which I didn't need) in the interim. I was kept updated daily on the progress, and when my car arrived, they showed me the new moldings and rims that had been replaced because of the transport damage. The car was delivered with a full tank of gas, and a gas card for the next tank on them! All of the staff I worked with provided excellent customer service, and the next time I buy a car, I will definitely return to Carvana.

This is the best method towards a car purchase I've ever seen. No salesman hassle, no pressure, no waiting while they "speak to their manager". I didn't believe it until I tried it. The customer services is ridiculously incredible and my car is excellent. The prices were much lower than the market or when I shopped for it (2013 Ford Taurus Limited). The fact that they allow you to take it back if something else pops up (within 7 days) is an incredible offer. My next purchase for my wife will be from Carvana and any future purchases. This is the NEW WAY to purchase a car .... from your seat in your home! Carvana was FLAWLESS for me.... FLAWLESS.

The purchasing of my new car was a 3 month process, until I found Carvana. There I found the best prices for the money, with the best terms and financing. I pulled the trigger with zero concern or hesitation. In fact, bought the car when I was snowed in, and couldn't leave the house!! I chose to have them deliver the car to my house a few days later which I thought was great! And simply very happy and the car runs great (and I had all the faith it would!!)
