Used 2016 Ford Mustang

I bought a 2016 Mustang to replace my 2014 Mustang that was totaled in an accident. The car is fantastic - drives great, the interior is great, the features available are wonderful (and a step up from my last car). The only quibble is that for a 15-month old car the paint job looks a little more worn than I would have expected (lots of circular etching that becomes visible from certain angles that suggests to me that this was a former rental car that was washed very, very often through an automatic car wash). But this car had low mileage and better features than the 2017 brand new Mustang I was looking at but for about $7K or $8K less out the door compared to the 2017 model from a dealer. All of that said, as much as I love my new car, I loved the experience at Carvana even more. No exaggeration - from the moment I clicked "purchase" for the car I chose until the moment I had the keys in hand and the delivery truck was driving away, I spent less than 20 minutes filling out paperwork, signing documents, or on the phone with a Carvana representative. It would take me longer to drive to a dealership not even counting all of the garbage you have to put up with there. And Carvana's title/doc fees are so low it's incredible (plus free delivery, at least in my area). I am telling everyone I talk to that they should buy their next car from Carvana.

I purchased a 2016 Ford GT Mustang. This is my fifth Mustang and one of my favorites. I enjoyed the entire experience with Carvana. The process was easy from the selection then even financed the vehicle with ease with Carvana. The delivery driver was on time and very friendly and professional. The vehicle was everything I expected it to be. Had one small issue with the floor and the detail of the vehicle but the driver was able to handle that issue with ease. Awesome experience and would never go anywhere else unless I had to purchase a new car.

The service was outstanding. I love my 2016 Mustang. Everything was great, even the delivery of my vehicle and the young lady delivering it was great! I will definitely do business with Carvana in the future.

I purchased a like-new 2016 Mustang this month, and I couldn't be happier with the vehicle, or with the service I received from Carvana. I may never buy a car at a dealer again.

I bought a 2016 Mustang for my daughter about a month ago from Carvana. This was a combination Birthday/Graduation present with my daughter actually covering most of the cost. We tested several Mustangs at local dealers and decided to check out Carvana. They had the exact car in the color and with all the features we were looking for for less than what we found locally. We decided to move forward with the purchase from Carvana knowing we had a 7-day test drive before totally committing. The financing was quick and the entire purchase process was easy. The Mustang was delivered on-time and was filled with balloons for the new Graduate! I was not expecting that but evidently one of Carvana agents noted that this was for a graduate hence the balloons. My daughter had the biggest smile when she saw the car and the balloons. It is the little details like this that impressed us most in working with Carvana. After the 7-day test drive we decided to keep the car and my daughter is so happy with her new car. This was the easiest and best car purchase I have ever made. Thank you Carvana!

Bought a 2016 convertible Ford Mustang. When I saw the car on,one, it wasn't ready for viewing. Placed a hold on it and three days later, I got a personal link to view the car. The car was delivered on its very own personal Carvana flatbed four days later. The representative was very friendly, answered all my questions, and sent me off on a test drive. This car shopping experience couldn't be easier. Love my car.

I have never had a car buying experience like this, it was amazing. I was in the market for a new car. Got online and was able to view every detail of the car I was interested in. With in 15 mins of putting my information in , I was approved. I had to call Carvana to do a funds verification of the down payment. The customer advocate was extremely friendly, and was able to verify fund with 10 mins, then we set up for delivery. All of this happened yesterday, and my delivery was setup for today between 1 and 2pm. At exactly 1pm, the driver showed up with my 2016 Ford Mustang Convertible, immaculate condition. Everything was perfect as it was described on their website. The process last 5 mins, for the delivery man to unload my car. I took it for a test drive and it was amazing. When I got back, I signed 5 papers and the car was mine. I absolutely LOVE Carvana and I will never buy a car anywhere else. When my wife is ready to upgrade her car we will definitely buy from Carvana again......Thank you Carvana!!!!!!!!!

I first purchased a 2016 Mustang ecoboost and the day after buying it the engine light came on and the turbo was no longer producing boost. The back up camera was snow like and blinking. I brought it back and picked up a 2017 Mustang that had damage all over the vehicle that was not disclosed on the website. I drove 3 hours to pick up the vehicle and was stuck with it.

I purchased a 2016 Ford Mustang Convertible about a month ago. It was a very easy and non hassle experience. They did everything they could to meet my expectations and even when they moved my delivery date, paid me $25 a day for every day it was late. I can't say enough awesome things about Carvana. The 360 degree view identifies even the smallest imperfections which means you will always know what your purchasing. The great customer service, quick financing, and delivery of my car can't be beat. When my vehicle was delivered it was love at first sight. The process from start to finish was so brilliant. I can't say enough good things.
