First of all I would like to say that everyone I spoke with in the company was very nice and professional. They answered all my questions and if they didn't know they would find out for me. I love my 2015 Ford Fusion. It is just as it was displayed on your website. I also loved the website itself being able to look at the car inside and out. The only complaint I have is not being able to accurately give me a date of delivery of my car to my home. It had to be rescheduled 6 different times due to unknown transportation issues. Although they did reimburse me for the delays, it was very frustrating making plans to be available each time and to be let down 6 different times. In the end it took nearly 3 weeks to deliver my car. Other than that, the car is great and we love it.

We purchased a 2015 Ford Fusion and overall we are pleased with the whole process. Delivery arrived on time and the car was mostly as advertised. The customer service personnel are amazing but i think their service management process needs work. There was some miscommunication or something about whether the vehicle was available for delivery or not. I was given a few different delivery dates which they changed a couple times. The car was dirty when it arrived. The delivery driver said it rained on the way but i'm pretty sure it wasn't washed before being delivered given how dirty it was. Not a big deal in the overall scheme of things though. There was also damage to one of the tires that wasn't disclosed. The scratches were also worse than expected judging from their site. The test drive went fine. The paperwork was easy and as expected with no errors. My intent was to carry it to a mechanic for inspection but on day 3 we got 8 inches of snow and the car sat in the garage for 3 days straight. I asked them for more time to get it inspected and they gave me one extra day which i appreciate but definitely wasn't enough time due to the snow so we had to make the decision without a professional looking at the car. Overall i would use their service again but there is definitely room for improvement.

Purchased 2015 Ford Fusion and was impressed with the overall process, from clicking the buy button to the delivery date without leaving the house. Using my own bank for financing was hassle free and able to sign forms online. The vehicle was delivered as described and in "Showroom Condition". If I was in the market for another vehicle, I would do it all over again. The Carvana Experience exceeded my expectations. Thank you Carvana.

I bought a 2015 Ford Fusion SE it was exactly what I wanted and well with in my budget. I kept waiting for the shoe to drop on the price or the financing but it never did. I kept reading other reviews about carvana some good some not so good, but as for me I love love love my car and the process.... From start to finish it took me an hour to find the car and do the paper work 99.9% online. I chose to pick up my car and watching it come out of the "vending machine" added Bonus. I definitely recommend buying a car this way!!!!

I have always believed in the saying, "...if it sounds too good to be true, then it can't be..." but as of March 22, 2016 I will have to rethink that belief. I accepted delivery of the 2015 Ford Fusion that I have been eyeing on the Carvana website. Not only does it look like and match what the pictures showed - it and the experience have been FANTASTICALLY, AWESOME!!! I began the process on a whim and expecting to find some obstacle along the way - which would prove my belief right. How wrong I was/am! Carvana's inventory of vehicles is impressive and expansive. In fact it was the hardest part - choosing. I should mention that my credit and job were severely harmed during our recession and the road to repair has been long and hard - so I didn't really expect to be approved at all. Carvana said yes - and in my opinion, reasonable terms and rates. WOW! A big "Thank You" to the Carvana team! The rest of the approval process was straight-forward, tech-friendly, and big improvement from the old days. After taking care of all details and awaiting the big day - I start double-checking other reviews and opinions of their Carvana experience. The bad thoughts and troubling experiences by some - started causing me doubts. Everything from will I really get the car they've shown me online - to what kind of last minute "whammy" will they throw up started running thorough my mind. And to make matters worse, my old vehicle - that I was trading in - started acting up. I called Carvana to discuss options and they were reassuring, accepted my trade-in and at the price quoted. Cut to delivery - it is that car! At the right mileage, clean, with a full tank of gas and within the delivery time - and even at a last minute delivery location change! In fact, my delivery rep called me in advance to apologize that she was running 30 minutes late. Granted, I'm only on my 2nd day of test drive - but I have to say that this large purchase has been the easiest one I've ever completed. They gave me a 2nd chance, a great vehicle and an easy purchase experience! I chalk up my doubts, reservations, hesitations, to the fact that perhaps with new way to buy a car, without pressure, salespeople or intimidating paperwork - it seems wrong - but I'd do it again and when them, too!

I purchased a 2015 ford fusion got a great car at a great price. The buying process was so simple and the return/exchange is amazingly simple and no one hassles you with questions. The website is super simple but need to make the customer's personal sign in page more personal. I recommend these guys to everyone! Ill never buy a car anywhere else

After my 2011 fusion for 6 years and severely upside down,I had to get out this jam. I found out via a FB ad about Carvana. I laughed "like yeah right" when i saw its all online buying. I was approved with no money down fir a 2015 fusion only 22k miles with a full dealer warranty. It took me 30 mins total, thats preapproval,finding a car,uploading paperwork. It took a total 15mins to walk up to the vending machine and retrieve it. Very impressed.

It was very simple to browse their website and I got pre-approved almost instantly. I financed through Carvana as well and that was hassle-free! The facility was very well taken care of and an amazing experience picking up my vehicle. Customer Service was so helpful and the explain EVERYTHING in detail! Whenever I need another vehicle, I will absolutely look at Carvana first before looking at other dealers!

I just bought a 2015 Ford Fusion hybrid. The entire process was fast and easy. The reason I didn't give 5 stars was because the customer rep didn't take the time to really explain the features of the vehicle. He just dropped off the vehicle and I signed the papers and that was it. If it wasn't for the customer support number I wouldn't know about some important features of my new car.

I bought my car a week ago and it's been amazing I'm glad I went through Carvana to get my new 2015 car!!!
