I love my car 2016 Ford Fiesta it's a great car and drive good customer service was great and my sales person was good

We helped our daughter purchase her first car on her own with Carvana. After a month of watching the classifieds we went to Carvana's website and got her financing setup. Then after ably a few days of looking she found the car she loved. A 2016 Ford Fiesta with only 16,000 miles. The car was delivered to us at our house on the day they promised and actually 2 hours ahead of time. State inspection, and registration were already complete. The car was completely detailed and a full tank of gas. It was actually better in person than we hoped it would be. A absolutely spotless car. The car advocate and customer service departments were professional and very nice to deal with. Our daughter got her dream car, and now my wife is looking for something new on Carvana. We will never go to a dealership or take a chance on private sellers again! A fantastic approach to selling cars and taking care of customers!

Using Carvana was truly a great experience for my wife and I. It really cuts out the salesman games that go back and forth at a dealership, which everyone hates. You really are your own salesman as you choose your vehicle and they'll deliver it to your door! They will also take it back no questions asked. My wife and I originally purchased a 2015 Smart Car and when we realized that it just wasn't for us, Carvana had no issues when we asked for a different vehicle. We swapped it for a 2016 Ford Fiesta and it runs great. Everything was smooth, you have the opportunity to sign your contracts prior to getting the car. This gives you enough time to actually read what you are signing with no pressure from a dealer being in front of you.

Awesome. I don't remember being this happy with a car purchase before. I am very happy with both the vehicle and the process. I don't feel I was at any point pressured into things I didn't want or didn't need. I feel I got a fair price. I feel I got a good vehicle that isn't a lemon. I've been happy with the vehicle in a purchase before…but not the process and what I ended up paying. And I've been unhappy with both the vehicle and the process. (Once I drove it off the lot) So this is a really nice breath of the fresh air. I think this is what Carmax was attempting to do, but never fully achieved.

I must have visited over 15 dealerships and test drove over 20 vehicles. Then I found my 2014 Ford Fiesta ST on Carvana.com. I had never thought of purchasing a vehicle online, site unseen so I decided to call and talk to a salesperson. I am so glad I did. Each of every person I had contact with during this process was very well trained. The fear of purchasing online a vehicle was completed erased by the transparency and process. I asked for a Car fax and they emailed me one without delay. If I had a question they could not answer right away, they called me back with the answer as soon as they had the answer. I lived just outside the 100 miles,so I drove and had my car delivered to me at predetermined point. The day before I was going to take delivery, a salesman from a Ford dealer called and tried to offer me a better deal. I emailed him a copy of the purchase agreement. He called me back and told me they looked at the car I was buying on Carvana.com and confirmed that he could NOT beat the deal I got from Carvana. The delivery was excellent and saved me a long drive to Atlanta (very cool service). They even threw in a goody bag with a t shirt, mints (which I have run out of ;o( and a cup! The seven day test and if you do not like it drive sealed the deal. I love my new ride. I work at a fire department and have recommended Carvana to all the firefighters I work with.

I absolutely loved buying a car through carvana. I was able to browse vehicles without being hassled. Take the time to research my vehicle at my own pace. Didn't have to find a ride to the dealership and spend all day with a salesperson! Also I got a great car and an amazing price. Thanks carvana!!

My experience with carvana was great. The whole online process was very simple and quick. I found the car I wanted at a cheap price and it only took me about 10 minutes to do everything. This was my first time buying a car by myself and I am very surprised at how quick and easy everything was. The delivery process was also a breeze. The only thing I didn't like is that my delivery got delayed 2 days. But other than that, everything was perfect. I would definitely buy from carvana again.

The future is truly here. Just as you can utilize "on demand" cell phone delivery service apps to order your favorite restaurant take out - Carvana has essentially done the same for auto purchasing. As someone who cringes at the idea of high pressured sales, I had been procrastinating in regards to the purchase of a late model vehicle... Though I'd seen the up beat Carvana commercial once or twice on TV, I didn't think the process would be nearly as straight forward and simplistic as it actually is - but indeed I found the Carvana experience to be a literal "God send". From the selecting of my ideal car, to the friendly, professional and knowledgeable Carvana Advocates - in just a matter of a couple of days my car arrived to my driveway on the cutest flat bed truck imaginable. The Carvana expert who delivered my car was essentially the Carvan website personified. He took his time going over all the cars features and final details of the transaction. I wasn't left wondering about even the smallest detail. In conclusion, and as I stated in the beginning of this review - the future has arrived. There's no longer a need to bounce from dealership to dealership - as today, you can select the perfect car for you right from the comfort of your own home. Thank you Carvana :)
