Used 2015 FIAT 500

I bought my 2015 Fiat 500 last month. It was delivered to me on 10/20/16. I was elated and could believe that not only was the vehicle delivered to me, a bag full of different sizes and balloons with happy faces was also delivered to me by two beautiful souls, Haley and Zack. They allowed me to inspect it, we took pictures together, and there was love in the air. I felt like we were family. Now everyone I have dealt with at Carvana.com has been very professional, courteous, and kind. I will from now on be a loyal Carvana satisfied customer. I have also been passing the word because people love my car, and I do too. I am tickled pink. Wake me up , please. I am dreaming. Is this really real, is it happening. Well, it is. This car purchase was long overdue. I had a 2008 Chevy Cobalt that just wasn't "fun" anymore and not a reflection of "me." I dreamed of owning a Fiat for it's style and small size, but didn't want to pay $16k+ for a new one and my local dealership that sells them only sells new. I looked online and found Carvana. SO glad I did! I have anxiety and going to dealerships are NOT fun when the car salesman feels like they are pressuring you. I was surprised at the price of my 2015 Fiat as well as mileage and overall experience with financing etc. All of the customer reps that called me were great and seemed really dedicated to giving superb customer service. The Nashville vending machine location is super hip and all the staff are friendly. The car was cleaned up, filled up with gas (also I found a sweet gift when I looked in the gas cap door!), and went through testing before I got there. I love that they let you just go on your own test driving it! Felt like I was able to go where I wanted and not some predetermined drive that never gets you above 45mph or is just straight... I can't say enough good stuff about Carvana. I am definitely getting my next car or my husbands next car here! My Fiat is my dream car and Carvana made that an easy, stress free reality for me!

I really like the idea of this car buying experience. I'm happy with the car and think I got a reasonable deal on it. However, I'm extremely disappointed in how it arrived. I had to spend a great deal of time cleaning and deodorizing the interior. It smelled like someone tried to cover cigarette odor with bad air freshener. There was also several months worth of dust and grime on the interior, including (and I could not possibly make this up) a half-eaten Twizzler lodged in between the cup holder and passenger seat. Carvana went through the trouble of playing the salesman game of putting a lucky penny in the glove box, but didn't make sure the car was clean. Not sure what's going on there. One of the savings methods for not having to worry about inspections I suppose.

Loved every point of the process! Everything was easy to understand and it was an enjoyable experience! I loved having my car brought to me and the swag bag was a great touch!

Loved this...bought online...car was delivered by a cheery young lady..she sent us in a short test drive to check out the car. Finished the paperwork with her and we were done. No pressure. Car was described perfectly on the website and everything went flawless...we will buy our next car with Carvana! Our delivery agent was the best!!

When I was planning to purchase a good used car for my daughters I dreaded to go to a dealer used car lot to deal with a painful process of getting a good car at the right price and without all the haggling. I can say tha Carvana has streamline the experience with obsession to customer service. You can save a lot of time and money in 15 minutes or less because it really takes you that long to purchase a used car with Carvana!

I bought a 2013 Fiat 500 on Wednesday. the process was very easy and the pick up was a breeze. The only issue I have is it came with only ONE key FOB and the interior of the vehicle was not cleaned properly.

I actually went to a tradition car dealership first. They ran my credit way more than I asked, told me I wouldn't be able to get the payments/APR I wanted and would have to deal to with this because I have no auto loan credit. They held me there for two and a half hours because they wanted so hard to make a sale. Later that night I went online to carvana saw a car that was way less expensive total. Bought it, and now I love my car all without being bothered by slimy car salesmans. This is my first car purchased and I actually feel happy about it! You don't have to be lied to, given the run around, have your credit run a million times, and feel uncomfortable to buy a nice used car. Go to Carvana!!!!
