Used 2015 Dodge Challenger

I bought a 2015 Dodge Challenger as present for my wife a couple of days ago. The experience from online to receiving the car was absolutely GREAT. When I had told the customer advocate that it was a present for my wife I did expect anything special. When the car arrive they had put a care package together for her which had a dozen roses,chocolates and a 25 dollar visa gift card. She was completely full with happiness. Bottom line if you are going to get a used car these are the people to help you with this. Bought a 2015 Challenger last week and was extremely happy and satisfied with the quality of service and condition of the car. Flew down to Nashville from Carbondale, IL and was picked up at my hotel the next morning by Meredith. She was great and explained everything that's about to happen. The car was in pristine condition and drove like new, even had a 3mo XM trial for free. Full tank of gas, gift-card and a check for travel expenses didn't hurt either. Tx Carvana!

I have purchased many vehicles the old fashion way of a dealership with all the games involved or going to someone's home to buy. At first I was nervous to purchase a car via online but, I do everything else these days from shopping to banking I said let's go for it! I am more than pleased and happy that I did so. First the process was super easy. Secondly the car I bought 2nd to none after searching for 3-4 months. 3rd the people from the underwriters to the customer service upon picking up the vehicle extremely nice. Everything was exactly on time no Games, no bs, every word was honest. My recommendation is to at least give it a try. When I thought about having to go to the dealership for another dreadful 8+ hours, I thought I'd never get another car again. Thanks to Carvana, their streamlined online process really pulled through for me!! I was able to replace my lost 2019 vehicle with the same 2015 model. Their inventory is phenomenal and I was able to nitpick the car I wanted with such precision. My downgrade is so insignificant I can hardly tell, and that makes me more than happy to be back on the road!! Thanks again!!

I knew very little about Carvana but found the car I had been looking for for several months at the best price I had seen on their site. A week later it later it was in my driveway. Zero stress!!! I recommend Carvana to anyone who hates going to the dealer to purchase a car like I do.

This way the best buying experience I had in buying a car sales person was very nice car was clean but he still gave me a gift card for a car wash will never buy another car anywhere else

I've had my car a week and I love it! I was nervous at first but Carvana online process is so smooth and easy. I learned everything about the car and my financing options before purchasing. Other dealerships were giving me a hard time. So glad I tried Carvana!

Buying a car with Carvana has been the best car buying experience I've had purchasing a vehicle. I didn't have to sit in a car dealership for hours and go back and forth with the salesperson and the sales manager. I could set my payments and my down payment amount and Carvana filter the cars and only showed me the cars within my range I set. Once I was ready to go forward with my purchase the process was hassle free. Once everything was verified I had the choice of having my vehicle delivered to my front door or go pick it up. Since I was a few hours away from a Carvana location I decided to pick up my vehicle. Once I arrived at the Carvana location I was given a huge token where I inserted it and my car was dispensed like a vending machine. They let me take it for a spin for 15 minutes to test drive it and to make sure I like it. I love my new Challenger and I would definitely shop at Carvana again!
