Used 2015 Chrysler 300 300

This was the best experience I ever had in car buying. I was able to purchase one of my dream car without any hassle. The process was simple as if I was ordering my favorite pair of shoes. I will never go into a dealership again. I purchased a 2015 Chrysler 300. My vehicle was not in Atlanta it had to come from Dallas. When I arrived it was under that fantastic blue light waiting for me. After I signed some paperwork ..like 2 pages lol I was done. They even gave me a twenty-five dollar Carvana gift card to fill up. Overall the experience was very professional and I highly recommend this company.

This was the most exciting and rewarding car purchase ever! Even with my credit issues, Carvana was still able to present me with an offer --- straight forward and never changing. Once I realized that this was not a "scam" and interacting with the customer advocates, I took the entire process more seriously. I was skeptical at first, but I purchased a 2015 Chyrsler 300 online within a matter of days. And true to their word the car was delivered to my house as schedule!

The car was just as represented. Minor wear and tear correctly disclosed. Paid cash for a low mileage, 6300 miles, 2015. Very happy with the vehicle so far. Nothing out of sorts and still under factory warranty. I had a dealer run the Vin to see what if any work had been previously done. Just a radio recall fix. The carfax Carvana provided reflected 1 previous lease owner for 2 years. Docs in the glove compartment reflect car was originally delivered to someone in Sterling Hts Mich. Delivery was just as promised, and they called and came out early as well. Everyone I talked to or dealt with were helpful and pleasant. My only issue was that at the very end of the online purchase it now lists some previously undisclosed requirements. You need to upload a copy of your drivers liscense. You need to set up a 3 way call with your bank to confirm funds. You need to have documentation on hand from your insurance co listing coverage on the vehicle. It was fairly easy to comply, but buyers should be aware.

I purchased a 2015 Chrysler 300 Limited; from the paperwork, to the delivery, to the test drive everything was perfect! There were imperfections on the car as it said on the site, the highest rating was a 93, this car was rated 94. I don't think I will be going to another dealership anytime soon! "CARVANA the new way to buy a car!"

Really disappointed with the reconditioning on the vehicle, I ended up doing a few detail on the vehicle after getting it. Could have been a lot cleaner when received, also there was no front license plate bracket. I live in Ohio where this is required, small details like this will keep me from purchasing a vehicle in the future from Carvana.

Buy your next car from Carvana. You will not regret it. My car was as described, super clean and had a full tank of gas. The process from start to finish was so quick and easy. I now wonder why everyone is not following this business model. Every person I spoke to on the phone and in person was professional and friendly. The management team for this company should be proud as their folks have the customer service thing on point. I am now a customer for life.
