Used 2015 Chevrolet Tahoe

I was skeptical to purchase a car online...I buy everything online but would never think to purchase a car online. The experience through the website was seamless, very user friendly. I found the car I was interested in and was still unsure of the "online car buying route" so I picked up the phone and dialed the company number because I felt better speaking with someone to understand how this really works. I spoke to a real person and he was super friendly and helpful, at no time was I rushed off the phone and I had questions about other features the car may or may not have had (because it wasn't listed and wanted to double check), the customer service rep found out the answers I needed and at the end of the conversation, how I understood the entire process was I HAVE NOTHING TO LOSE, moving forward. I was assured if I got the car and didn't like it I had 7 days (or 400 miles) to return it, no questions asked, no cost to me. I also did a trade in at the same time and it was magnificent, I gave them all the details of my trade online and I was quoted a number, I then called the customer service rep to make sure that was the correct number, because they matched Kelly Blue Book to the penny....they told me as long as I was truthful about the car that I would receive the trade in value they quoted me....The only hiccup was the delivery, the car was delayed a couple of days, which didn't matter much, I was just excited to get the car so was sad it wasn't coming when we scheduled but it came 4 days later... Lets discuss the drop off of the new car...Carvana showed up to my address with a beautiful flat bed tow truck carrying my purchase, the Carvana Representative was extremely professional and friendly. She unloaded the truck I purchased and let me take it for a test drive, the truck was clean and looked exactly like the photos. While I went on a test drive she looked over my trade in. By the time I returned from my test drive she already had my trade in on the flat bed and asked me if I was happy, which of course I was.I signed papers, they gave me a fun goody bag...there was no haggle on my trade in, I received the exact amount they promised and now I am a happy owner of 2015 Tahoe. Also, after I have had the car for 6 days since it was delivered they called me to check in and see how my truck was and to make sure I am happy. They even told me if I woke up on day 7 and decided I wanted another color to just call them and they would be happy to change out the car...cool company and concept. I would strongly suggest this way of purchasing a car...it was so much less stressful then car buying at a dealership. I don't believe there was any room for negotiating on my purchase, nor did I care to, they were within the normal price range of other Tahoes that I had looked at, but they had the color that I was having trouble finding in my area of town. I am happy I chose to go with Carvana.

Really was a pleasure buying from Carvana. Customer service is excellent and would recommend to anyone buying a car to save time, money, and frustration and buy Carvana...skip the dealership management tower price games and long wait to sign paperwork!

Great Vehicle. I picked my Tahoe up at the "vending machine" in downtown Atlanta. I was greeted by very upbeat young employees that were very different than any car lot I had ever done business with. I was in and out of there with my Tahoe in about 20 minutes. Best auto buying experience I've ever had. The only complaint at all I can think of is that this vehicle had a pair of new very low price tires on the front that were a brand I've never heard of. They did not ride well at all. I sent a message to see if I could perhaps get some king of trade allowance for better tires. (it had Good Year Wranglers on the rear) They refused, so I went and put new Good Years on the front myself. I think Carvana (or any dealer) should put OEM tires on high value vehicles before selling them if the vehicle needs tires or has substandard tires.

Went real smoothly. Very friendly sales lady that picked us up at the Fulton county airport.

I purchased my 2012 Chevrolet Tahoe on the 17th of March, it was the most easy transaction I've ever encountered, no hassles, no sales men buy this, possibly do you want that, just straight forward all around exceptional quality service.
