Without a doubt THE best way to purchase a car period! From selection, to viewing the car, accepting third party financing, FREE delivery, and 7 day approval period everything went off without a problem. This is the car purchasing platform of the future! Was looking for low production Cadillac CTS v coupe and found one at a dealership in RI. Big run around, wouldn't accept my financing ridiculous rate on their financing, the usual BS. Carvana had the exact same spec car, same price, and less miles! Saved me a trip to RI in Februrary! Special shout out to Jamie Vasquez for delivering the car, very professional. Will definitely use Carvana again!

The car looked great in pictures, the price was excellent, and they offered to deliver it to my door, saving me a long ride to Atlanta. They also offered a generous price on my trade-in Ford. I kept thinking that there must be a catch… but there wasn't. The company is unreal! I can't recommend them highly enough.

I purchased my Cadillac CTS a month ago and I must say so far it has been perfect for me. But more importantly the process of purchasing this car after my previous CTS was totaled was pain and worry free. I absolutely detest car dealerships and the car buying process! And to be able to forego that process was a blessing to me. I selected my car online, it was delivered on time by a wonderful young lady named Ashley. She followed up as promised, after the delivery of the car, and sent me a nice thank you note. I had my mechanic take a look at the car, he was pleased with my selection and the condition of the vehicle. My tags arrived so quickly, I was impressed!! I bought the vehicle yesterday and had the pleasure of using the Vending Machine in Nashville. Although that was not the original plan for delivery, I was glad to use the novelty system when the contact person called the night before to see if it was possible rather than the door delivery. Meeting several employees there it was obvious of their commitment to the service provided as well as customers of Carvana.
