Used 2015 Cadillac CTS

We couldn't believe that it was as easy as advertised. Our first choice didn't work out and the exchange was simple. Our final choice was a 2015 Cadillac CTS Performance with 22K miles. Almost 50% below original MSRP and right in the middle of KBB Fair Market Pricing. Everyone we interacted with, customer advocates on phone and the folks to delivered were wonderful, friendly, and helpful. The entire process once we created an account and found the car we wanted took less than 10 minutes, including signing the docs. I literately said when we were done, "Well, they are right, 'That didn't suck'" Being able to ponder your purchase for 7 days is a game changer. This is the only way to buy a preowned vehicle.

I bought my 2015 Cadillac CTS a couple of weeks ago and I am very happy I did. My husband was very skeptical at first but once he got into the driver seat of my new Cadillac his mind was made up. He knew this was the car we were meant to be in. I had the best experience with Carvana, the customer service was outstanding and the process was simple and easy.

We were car shopping for a short while. I thought I would try Carvana. I looked through the website and found what appeared to be a beautiful 2015 Cadillac CTS. The worst part of our experience was we were paying cash and did not want a loan. There site was not user friendly if you were paying cash (we had to call up to okay the cashier's check). That was not easy. When we finally made the purchase and they delivered the car, we found there were road chips in several areas of the car. No damage was noted in the description online. I called Carvana and spoke to there repair team. They told me I have to understand it is a used car. I understand that, however, I paid top dollar for the car expecting to find it in pristine condition, as it was listed. Had the damages been noted, I would not have been so upset. All in all, we are happy with the vehicle. I think I would buy from Carvana again, but be a little more cautious.

It has been just over a week since I have purchased my car from Carvana and I couldn't be more complimentary of the process. The folks in customer service were more than knowledgeable about their cars, processes and procedures throughout the entire experience. The website made it VERY easy to find the 'perfect' car for me and my family. There are not enough words to express how EASY they make their experience.

After spending an exhausting day of walking car lots in Greenville, SC, and getting "worked" by car dealers, I had the good fortune of finding my new car on Carvana.com. The car looked great in pictures, the price was excellent, and they offered to deliver it to my door, saving me a long ride to Atlanta. They also offered a generous price on my trade-in Ford. I kept thinking that there must be a catch… but there wasn't. The company is unreal! I can't recommend them highly enough.

Smooth process, no surprises.  Carvana bends over backwards to make sure clients are pleased.  I definitely recommend them.

I purchased my Cadillac CTS a month ago and I must say so far it has been perfect for me. But more importantly the process of purchasing this car after my previous CTS was totaled was pain and worry free. I absolutely detest car dealerships and the car buying process! And to be able to forego that process was a blessing to me. I selected my car online, it was delivered on time by a wonderful young lady named Ashley. She followed up as promised, after the delivery of the car, and sent me a nice thank you note. I had my mechanic take a look at the car, he was pleased with my selection and the condition of the vehicle. My tags arrived so quickly, I was impressed!! This was indeed a great car purchase experience!

The website is easy to use. Many cars to choose from. Associates were helpful.
