Used 2014 Cadillac CTS

I bought a beautiful 2014 Cadillac CTS 3.6L Premium that I'd been looking for on Saturday. If the car wasn't the most awesome gorgeous vehicle, just like I was wanting, the experience with Carvana was the BEST experience I've ever had buying a car. Technology is my business and so is customer service. Carvana figured it out!

Carvana shopping was amazing! The car is beautiful. I love it . My only hiccup is that it could not be delivered on the day we agreed on. I took off work just so I can receive my car. I was so upset that I lost money for nothing. I thought they could compensate me for losing a day of work! I told Carvana that I had to take off and they new that . I was so surprised when they told me it was not coming on that day. Besides that hiccup the car is lovely. It runs like new. I bought 2014 Cadillac CTS.

The Carvana website is easy to use and the cars displayed are very well displayed inside and out. What you see is what you get complete with mileage, carfax, and mine had a detailed maintenance log as well. Other than a couple of delivery delays due to a careless car hauler that resulted in some bumper scratches. Carvana repainted the bumper back to perfect condition. That was the first delay. The second delay was due to a hurricane, no big deal and understandable. The final result was outstanding, my 2014 Cadillac CTS looked brand new inside and out. In addition, mechanically the vehicle was in perfect running order. Everything worked like it was brand new!! Very happy with car!!

It has been just over a week since I have purchased my car from Carvana and I couldn't be more complimentary of the process. The folks in customer service were more than knowledgeable about their cars, processes and procedures throughout the entire experience. The website made it VERY easy to find the 'perfect' car for me and my family. There are not enough words to express how EASY they make their experience.

After spending an exhausting day of walking car lots in Greenville, SC, and getting "worked" by car dealers, I had the good fortune of finding my new car on Carvana.com. The car looked great in pictures, the price was excellent, and they offered to deliver it to my door, saving me a long ride to Atlanta. They also offered a generous price on my trade-in Ford. I kept thinking that there must be a catch… but there wasn't. The company is unreal! I can't recommend them highly enough.

Smooth process, no surprises.  Carvana bends over backwards to make sure clients are pleased.  I definitely recommend them.

I purchased my Cadillac CTS a month ago and I must say so far it has been perfect for me. But more importantly the process of purchasing this car after my previous CTS was totaled was pain and worry free. I absolutely detest car dealerships and the car buying process! And to be able to forego that process was a blessing to me. I selected my car online, it was delivered on time by a wonderful young lady named Ashley. She followed up as promised, after the delivery of the car, and sent me a nice thank you note. I had my mechanic take a look at the car, he was pleased with my selection and the condition of the vehicle. My tags arrived so quickly, I was impressed!! This was indeed a great car purchase experience!

The website is easy to use. Many cars to choose from. Associates were helpful.
