Picked up my vehicle 1 week ago (cadillac ats 2015 3.6L performance sedan), while everything went smooth at the actual dealer location, the part where it upset me is the condition of the vehicle mechanical wise. As I sit in my almost new vehicle (20k miles) I've noticed that when my car is in idle it shakes a lot which is most likely due to bad factory motor mounts, upon further research I learn that it is a known problem for this vehicle and can be covered by the warranty and if they had truly done a point inspection like promised they would've noticed and fixed the issue then and there. Now I'm not mostly upset that they didn't fix the problem but mostly at the fact that my car now has to be looked at by a local dealer which takes time out of me by going going back and forth with carvana, the dealer, and my job to see when the car can be looked at, and of course I'll have to leave the car there if they are to fix it. Just the trouble of it has been a real headache and hopefully the fix goes smooth because well I traded in my car for this one so she's all I got and I do have a full time job (military) to go to.
