Good: Website, car choices, prices, trade in value, financing, customer service, the mechanics of delivery/pickup of my trade in, delivery guy was very helpful, wrap-up paperwork was minimal.
Could use some improvement: They could have been clearer about where the car is coming from, how long things would take to do (inspection, repairs, detailing, driving time, etc) in their emails. For some reason, I was under the impression that the car was in north Texas (I am in central Texas). It was really coming from Georgia. So, when they said it needed repair (which is good they caught it before it was delivered), I didn't understand why it would take an extra week to get here. When I called to check on if they could deliver it earlier than scheduled, the third customers service person i spoke to said it was coming from Georgia so it would probably be delivered on the (re)scheduled date. Oh, well, if they had put more info in their emails, and I had known it was coming from Georgia, I wouldn't have had to call every day.
Bad: NOTHING!!!!! Everything besides having to wait 2 weeks for delivery has been wonderful.
