    The 2020 GMC Buick Regal is for those who want Buick's refined style, luxury interior, and quiet comfortable ride while traveling to or from work, on business trips, or while relaxing with your family. Buick QuietTuning technology cancels outside noise, seals car doors and windows, and reduces unwanted noise. Satellite radio, Wi-Fi, OnStar, and hands-free phone technology insulate you from the road and traffic sounds. The 2020 GMC Buick Encore, Envision, Enclave, and the Enclave Avenir SUVs and crossover SUVs require little maintenance, and GMC parts are less expensive than imported car parts.

    NOTEWORTHY FEATURES

    Power and Performance

    Buick offers your choice of engines and horsepower. The Envision has a 2.0-liter turbo engine generating 252 horsepower through a nine-speed transmission and integrated all-wheel drive differential. The Regal GS 3.6-liter engine releases 310 horsepower through a nine-speed transmission. Your 2020 Buick interactive drive control adapts to the weather, the terrain, or your choice of GS, Touring, and Sport levels.

    Safety Technology

    Buick's Forward Collision Alert notifies you if you're following too close to another vehicle or if a pedestrian stepped into your path. You can avoid a collision or increase the following distance between you and the vehicle ahead. GMC's Front and Rear Park Assist technology increases your awareness of hazards, road conditions, and your surroundings. Your high-definition rear vision camera shows you what is directly behind your vehicle while you're in reverse. You'll get panoramic views of the countryside, forest, or wherever you are through your optional power moon roof.

    Safety Features

    Buick's StabiliTrak steering dynamics with HiPer Strut front suspension allows you to drive confidently even on a wet or snow-covered road surface. Your Buick's StabilTrak control circuitry integrates your steering responses with your brake and your engine torque sensors for increased control and stability. StabiliTrak overrides driver input if your vehicle loses traction. Buick's Traction Control System (TCS) prevents your wheels from spinning in mud or snow or on ice. The TCS reduces engine power and applies your brakes.

    ADDITIONAL CONSIDERATIONS

    Safety Recall

    General Motors recalled the 2018 and 2019 Buick Lacrosse and Buick Regal for defective rear brake calipers. Improper coatings caused gas pockets to form in the calipers, reducing the efficiency of the rear brakes. The October 2018 recall simply required owners to bring their Buicks back to a dealer for servicing.

    Fuel Costs

    The 2020 Buick sacrifices fuel economy for safety and dependability. The 2020 Buick Regal Sport, GS, Avenir, and Tourx station wagons get 27 to 32 miles per gallon on the interstate and 19 to 22 miles per gallon in the city.

    Complexity

    With your choice of four factory finishes, over eight factory colors, and your choice of chestnut, gray, or ebony leather upholstery, each Buick is unique. You can choose front or all-wheel drive, 19- or 20-inch aluminum wheels, your choice of safety features, and QuietTuning technology. Because of these many variations, only a Buick dealer best understands your Buick's complexity. And, only Buick dealers know how to select and assemble parts for your luxury vehicle. In addition, some vehicles, such as the Buick Lacrosse, are discontinued.
