I never thought I could get financed so fast and easy. Every step along the way was very easy and the people were very friendly. From the first phone call to the guy that delivered, I felt I was treated with kindness and respect. I've already recommended several times over.

I was a little apprehensive about an online purchase but love the fact that I didn't have to get in traffic and comparison shop with multiple dealers. I purchased a 2013 Buick Encore from Carvana. The process was so easy. They took care of the registration/tags, the delivery was prompt and worry-free, and my car arrived looking brand new. Purchased my car a week ago after much deliberation on how I wanted to acquire my next car. From the start, the folks at Carvana answered all of my questions, the process was easy, and they did everything they said they would. I recommend Carvana to anyone in the market for a car, and who loathes the dealership experience.

This was the easiest car purchase I have ever made. On Sunday morning, on my couch, in my pajamas, I traded in my old car and purchased a car on carvana.com. I picked it up on Wednesday (could have had it delivered for free) but since I live in Nashville, I opted for the vending machine experience - so fun! I am now on day 4 of having my car and love it!

I was skeptical (at best), but after LOTS of research, I decided to give it a try. I found 5 cars that my wife was interested in. Using the Edmunds reviews, CarFax, and book value listings that were RIGHT THERE ON THE PAGE WITH THE CAR INFO, we narrowed it down to 2. One had more miles and no warranty left, so we decided on THE ONE, a 2014 Buick Encore. I submitted all the paperwork, signed the documentation and arranged for delivery, all online. The day after finalization of the loan, our car was delivered at the EXACT time specified. I checked it out, physically signed a couple documents, provided proof of insurance, and the delivery driver was on his way. I later discovered that there were 2 things that differed from the description on the site. First, I was only given 1 key. Second, the shift interlock release beside the shifter was missing the little cover. I called Carvana a couple days later (as this was no deal breaker) and mentioned this to them in passing. I was told that I got all the keys that they received. I was also told if i wanted another, simply get one, pay for it, send in the invoice, and I would be reimbursed. I was told the same about the interlock cover. THAT WAS IT! DONE! No argument or denial. Everything else on the listing was spot on. It has now been a week since my car was delivered, and I am still thoroughly convinced this is the way of the future. No salesman, no "snake oil", no up selling, no bull! Car buying, the way it was menat to be, PAINLESS! Carvana...oooooooooommmmmmmmmm!

Not only did I find an auto with all the features I wanted and then some, it was a good price The staff was courteous, professional and very accommodating.
