For the most part it was a excellent experience with the exception on my way to pick up the car and leave mine. I received a call stating I hadn't signed the paperwork, which I had! I printed it snd had it with me. Whom ever I spoke with was very rude. I was 20 minutes early for my appointment and had to sit in my car, on the line with headquarters trying to figure out what happened. They emailed the paperwork again to sign but I noticed the numbers were different, I was informed after choosing to drive 80 miles I had to either sign and be ok with the new numbers or wait till after the holiday to take care of it. I choose to accept the new terms as it was only a small difference & I had already driven 80 miles there and all the Ins was ending on my old car and starting on the new one.
