I cannot say that my buying experience went without a hiccup. In fact, it had several. However, the customer service team was amazing at remedying everything necessary to make the purchase worthwhile. The delivery was process was quick and seamless. I also loved the fact that they already process the tag and title for you. (Although, you can't get a specialty tag unless you go yourself). Here's the hiccup bit: I had to take the car to be serviced within the first 2 days since the steering was a bit tight. However, they found I needed more than just that: oil change, regular mileage service, cracks in the wood on the door and in the consol, chips on the windshield, new windshield wipers, 2 new back tires (one was bald and the other had a NAIL in it!), and the communications technology in the car needed to be updated (it was outdated so BMW wouldn't have been able to update anything unless the whole system was replaced, which was a standard call for BMW for this vehicle). The car was also dirty with a used napkin in between the seats. For a vehicle that Carvana claims to have a 150-point check AND an oil change, this is pretty ridiculous. Luckily, the car I bought was still under warranty so most work was done without Carvana paying for it. However, SilverRock (Carvana's warranty provider for the first 7 days) did dish out for the tires, which was great. I had to take quite a bit of time out of my schedule to get the car serviced. It was a hassle I wouldn't have expected with a Carvana delivery. However, Carvana's customer service was exceptional. They kept me informed and apologized the whole process as well as gave me enough in giftcards to compensate for the detailing of the car, which quite frankly doesn't make up for my time and effort, but helps. I'd also suggest Carvana to add more details about the car in terms of features. I had to contact them to understand better as it's not fully laid out on the site. It would also be nice to be able to compare cars of the similar model. Overall, I'd buy for Carvana again, but I will know what to check for and how to process it next time.
