I was pleased as to how easy the process was in buying a car online. My wife had been looking at the BMW for awhile. We went several dealerships but there was nothing like looking at a car and seeing all the details on the car you would like to purchase. Being able to do the whole process online has been a great experience. Great job by all those who assisted me. My phone calls were returned each time as promised. The part of the experience was meeting Bobby. He was kind and it was a joy to end the process by meeting him in person and seeing my car ready for me to drive off. Good job.

I've had my car for a week now, and am very happy with my purchase. Since I am not close to Atlanta/Nashville, I think this process only worked for me because I knew the exact car I wanted and had already test-driven one. I bought a car, set up delivery and got the unfortunate call a day before delivery that there was an issue and it would take an extra week. Major bummer, since I had a buyer lined up for my current car. They offered to deliver to my home (20 miles outside of their delivery range), and it was all good. I even decided to change to another similar car before delivery and they made it happen. They are so accommodating and the pricing is very fair, no haggling needed! Would use again.

After watching my friend suffer through the car buying process and almost being reduced to tears, I decided to purchase my next car online. I did my research and was pleased to see Carvana on ABC news and the local consumer advocate's segment with much high praise. The entire process took less than 4 days and would have been much faster had I initially used Carvana for financing. The car was at the "vending machine" on time underneath a fluorescent halo to allow for inspection of the car. It looked just like the logo and made us laugh as the name finally made sense. They have some nice, personal touches in the car to let you know this no ordinary company. They have turned the car buying experience completely around. I really hope they keep that integrity for many years to come.
